Police explain what led to student's arrest in investigation into threats of school shootings

It's because big bad white people shooting future black astronauts is so 2023. Things have moved on.

 

Interesting enough, I read somewhere Columbine wasn't a planned shooting. They had planned to blow the school up with explosives on the anniversary of the OKC bombing but there was a last-minute snafu in getting enough explosives so they switched to the shooting the following day.

For some maybe religion is the glue that bonds them to humanity. On the other hand, many of us somehow manage to treat other people as we would want to be treated without a belief in the supernatural.

 

If I could only have a couple of dollars for every time I heard someone say this or that crime happened because they took god out of schools (lol). My comeback is often "provide evidence and you can teach your god in science class."

I am not against religious theory being taught as part of a broader curriculum but teaching it as fact is as bad as teaching that men can become women imo
