https://www.click2houston.com/news/...-summer-camp-facility-near-dallas-police-say/ "DUNCANVILLE, Texas – A man armed with a gun was shot and killed Monday morning after walking into a summer camp facility near Dallas where at least 150 children were in attendance, according to KXAS. Police were called to the Duncanville Field House at about 8:45 a.m. after receiving reports of an armed person at the building. During a search of the area, officers confronted a person with a gun who was then shot by police. The person was transported to an area hospital where he died, officials said. No children have been harmed." I can't wait to hear how this plays out from our forcibly disarmed "friends."
I would like to point out this tid bit that no other news agency is reporting which is crucial to the dynamics that took place here. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...er-camp-killed-police-officials-say-rcna33291 The armed suspect entered through the complex's main lobby doors and was confronted by a staff member who exchanged gunfire with him, Duncanville Police Department Assistant Chief Matt Stogner said at an afternoon news conference. Everything went right in this situation where the only entrance the perp could enter through the main entrance to which he was addressed by an armed staff member.
A long time ago I dated a girl that lived in Duncanville TX. Her name was Natalie Wood. I am not kidding.
The people who want to take away our guns don’t want this success story, which is repeatable, to gain traction. It handicaps their bs way of thinking.
And sadly, there are WAY more of these success stories than that of Uvalde which was a tragic event that could have been avoided if the school was properly protected and officers did the right thing, like the DPD did..
