I believe our State Judicatures would be better off instilling a culture of militia service for civil Persons who may keep and bear Arms who may be before them, for any lack of the domestic Tranquility of that free State. Good video, I like the way that guy handled the situation. Know if your state has an "id on demand" law and when you have to show an id. Its also good to have an app on your phone like bamuser or qik which will allow your video to be uploaded real time to the internet.
I think it's funny when American politicians criticize China and Russia for human rights violations and American's think Russia and China are police states when America has a higher rate of incarceration than both those countries combined-lol. I was having car problems several years ago. I would have my foot on the accelerator and the car would suddenly slow to a crawl then out of nowhere it would take off like a rocket. I was driving down the road when this happened and a cop happened to be driving in the other direction. He pulled me over and asked me how fast I was going and I told him I didn't know and then I told him what was going on. He was furious. I think he was mad because I said I didn't know how fast I was going, so he couldn't give me a ticket because I didn't admit guilt. He said furiously, "don't test your car on my roads then he stomped off. If you don't want to get a ticket never admit you were speeding.

It really seemed like a skit, especially when the Danny Partridge oompa loompa looking thing patted the girl down. So, now speaking out of turn and not following orders can land someone in the county jail. This is an absolute abuse of power. The girl really was not required to present an i.d. or answer any questions given what is shown on the video. This is not Nazi Germany and people are not required to present their papers. This cop must have been beaten up and bullied quite a bit in high school.

A well regulated Militia is what is expressly enumerated as necessary to the security of a free State, not a "free" Police State USA for all. If our federal Congress cannot justify wartime tax rates for our wars on crime, drugs, poverty, and terror; we shouldn't be funding them over social spending on the least wealthy.
