Obviously with election year here, the political world is very alive. Issues are being debated every day, whether it's taxes, healthcare, foreign policy, etc. This thread is created to generate a pool of at least 6 members! Just sign up, but here are the rules: I'll post an issue and a question, and two people (I'll choose) will debate that! As a judge (we can have more than one), I'll determine who won the debate. It's really just to start a political discussion and to have some fun. If you're interested, just write your name. If not, please don't post here. Remember, these are political discussions! I ask the moderators to leave this thread on this forum. Thank you.
There is a discussion board for this type of thing. Its the forum at the very bottom of the home page. I would participate but keep in mind that there are members here who will not engage with me. I had to spend all of christmas day deleting hate mail from my private message inbox. I would be honored to assist with this though.
We're going to keep this thread on this forum because this is wy more active than the other forums. I just joined, so I don't know who you are but we'd love to have you. Just write your name in with the other poster who joined.
Dude- go to the proper sub-forum- in Debates! Stop sucking hits from this more active board... freaking start a thread in debates and solicit people from here to go there to play your little game...
Then open the other board abd bump it here... set yourself up for being over there- I am definetly game.
I'm new to the site so I do not have a good idea of how to navigate it. Are you joining? Just put your name down please. Once we get at least 5 or 6, we'll move this to the debate/contest forum. We currently have three members!
So let me get this straight... YOU choose the issue, YOU choose who will debate, YOU judge the debate, and YOU decide the winner. Sounds like . . . umm . . . . . . . fun. Good luck.
Alright we have four people. Would like to get a couple more. Also, does anyone want to judge with me?
