Kentucky voted for a democrat governor, we got inundated with all this press saying things like "Gop can't win in a blood red state that doesn't bode well for Trump". We got that again when a Democrat won in Louisiana. We could argue the merits of that theory but my question is where are those people now given that Boris Johnson beat the labour party? It must not be a steadfast theory if one picks and chooses when to use it.
