Either roast, served with roast potatoes, roast parsnip, cauliflower cheese, some greens and a yorkshire pudding. Or, steak. Either way should be no more than medium rare - red to pink inside
I like a good steak. My favorites are New York strip, and Ribeye. Though a T-bone or Porterhouse is good too. I like to put a nice dry rub of chili powder, sea salt, fresh black pepper, and oregano on it, and cook it in the oven until medium, then finish it off by pan searing, and I top it with sateed onions, garlic, and mushrooms. I like a baked potato on the side with sour cream, butter, chives, and shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese. To tell the truth, I have not had a good beef steak in a long time. For the last few years, I've abstained from eating any farmed or ranched livestock, including dairy and eggs. The only meat I eat is wild fish and wild game. I eat wish regularly, since I live near a river and can catch them year round, but, since I can't buy wild game, I can only get meat during hunting season.
Ribeye medium rare. Also ground round steak raw on a cracker with salt and pepper is pretty tasty with beer.
