There is one glaring problem, though.

If Trump loses the election, he won't be in a position to demand power.
If Trump wins the election, he won't be able to claim fraud and use that claim to demand more power.

Given our system of govt, no president will ever become a dictator of the US. I've said it before I'll say it again...there is a reason our forefathers set up our govt of Checks and Balances. It works to keep one person/party from total rule over the country. So the claim that Trump or Biden will become total dictator of the US is asinine.
