If you're against porn, I say you must be a prudish virgin who doesn't like other people having sex because you have absolutely no chance of getting your dick wet yourself and are therefore as jealous as hell.

I refuse to accept the status quo and go along to get along attitude people have, it is the acceptance of porn that pushes it's expansion. The more people that shrug their shoulders and say 'oh well, nothing I can do about it' the more sexualized the culture gets...look at 'sexting', for example, now they are watering down the child porn laws to keep teenagers from being charged with crimes..which will open the door to making teen porn legal....and then they'll move to preteens.

Don't doubt the ability of the porn addict to excuse anything. Porn is like drugs in that the more they get, the more they want....and it has to be more and more bizarre to give them the high they want.

The men here that are bragging about watching porn where women are urinated on by gangs of men and about watching bestiality videos didn't START with those videos...note not a one bragged about watching a video of a man and a woman having sex alone..that's not 'enough' anymore. At one time, that was enough to count as 'good' porn.

So where are they going to go from here? What taboo is next? What's left?

look at any porn magazine and you'll see...kids are next. They already have started using models with shapes like boys, body hair shaved to make the women look like they are about twelve...

we can't stop porn...but we can stop accepting it as inevitable and we can stop excusing it.

 

Oh I forgot, yes, they do have another argument, if you are against porn you must be sexually repressed. It is impossible for a drug addict to understand how a person could be sober...and it is impossible for a porn addict to understand modesty, sexual faithfulness, and the most basic concept of privacy.

I was looking at a story about Anne Hathaway once, back when I first got online...there was a link embedded in the article, so I clicked it...then I clicked on a link in THAT article and found myself on a website with a nude man on the sidebar.

I mention the children because I see the effect porn is having on the culture, and on children. Porn doesn't happen in a vaccuum and people like yourself that want to promote it, are putting kids at risk.

Try addressing my points and not me...can you deny that 'vanilla' porn is giving way to fetish porn? can you deny that the men on here that have bragged about watching porn have only mentioned fetish porn and expressed desire to partake in fetish behaviour? and yes, I think I would not want my kid to be able to click a link and see that some man allowed himself to be photographed nude, thus giving my child the idea that it is acceptable behaviour to allow his photograph to be taken and posted on the internet for everyone to see.
