The funny thing in hindsight is how shows like - Hardball - will somehow make this debate into a Clown Show.Trying to laugh-off anything that defies Obama.I am embarrased to have a Mainstream media so craven,so deliberately lackadaisical in their ability to critically look past cushy talking pts.,crafted more for bumper stickers than actual americans and their daily lives. These candidates are serious and deliberate.Far more than some inexperienced Community Organizer who was scared stiff to even have his middle name uttered.
why has nobody said no-doze or 5 hour energy Look, I'm as excited as everyone else in the majority about booting out Obama in 2012 but why is Santorum still there Bachman still there Perry still there Paul still there why is this debate # 647 ? It's gotten to the point of hearing "Obama is on tv tonight" he's so overexposed that nobody wants to even bother listening to his diatribe any more.
O'Reilly chided Megan earlier about there being nothing new to ask 'em at this point... same ole questions. She assured him it wouldn't be SSDD questions... and he said he'd admit he was wrong tomorrow night if they came up with something different. I think she won that bet. They've asked some killer questions. Fox is doing an excellent job.
I've only watched one or two of 'em, and didn't intend to watch this one. But I got hooked. Encouraging to hear sane people talk... without a teleprompter. Anybody but Obama 2012, baby. I'll take any of 'em, even crazy Paul.
It might be fair to say each debate got a little more intense and introspective. But to each his own.One thing is sure.We need closure. No more divisive Noise. That's all lefties know. Obama is the worst Joke ever foistered on this Land. That needs to be understood first.
Really? The articles I've read state he's balanced the budgets, cut taxes and expanded the economy of Utah at triple the national rate.
It will be true is Obama or any of the other dumbass people that are running for the Repub nomination are elected.....fools think otherwise
He didn't have enough time. Was ignored the first 20 minutes. I like Newt and he didn't let me down.Romney is polished. But I just don't like his version of events. Lady Bachmann was good but seemed too engaged in attacking the other candidates, especially Gingrich. Perry was just so-so. Paul had a few moments but also some really bad comments. Huntsman was a complete Joke.No stature to lead. He's a mere Toad. His answers didn't answer anything, just moderate modicum drool.
Newt looked good on everything but the Fannie/Freddie thing. Bachmann's right... even though he was a private citizen, he took advantage of his govt ties. Something any of us would probably do if we could... but it doesn't sit too well when we're looking for somebody to clean house. I think Newt might be the best qualified. But IMO, they were all pretty good tonight. Loved the spat between Paul & Bachmann. LOL, thought hair was gonna fly for a minute there!
Two quick comments now that the debates are finished: 1) I found the debates hugely beneficial in both vetting the candidates in addition to circumvetting traditional fund raising. 2) No one wishes for more.
I liked the last question... and the responses. Helped to unify the party in spite of Dems efforts to make us think we're divided. There's actually a sense of camaraderie among the candidates now. That's good to see.
