Prediction

I predict Obama will make an appearance at The Oscars as a political stunt. No other presidents have attended as far as I know, but my (red) crystal ball says he'll be there to get a few more votes and some more cash from liberal actors.

 

Okay! A prediction! I like predictions. Takes cajones. Let's see if you're accurate.

 

Good! I WANT to see him there. I hope he and his wife enjoy themselves.

 

...at "our" expense.

 

Knowing those Hollywood libs, if and when he shows up (On that red carpet? Will the fashionistas swoon over Michelle's newest 11" wide belt?) I'm certain that they have a plan 'B' for just the occasion. An honorary Oscar for Ol' Skinny. Plus they've probably arranged an extra hour of prime time to allow for the standing 'O'. As well as some emergency medical help for all those swooning actresses (and a couple of swooning actors). 'And the Oscar goes to........Barach Obama, for his role as President of the United States in that great American saga...Bye, Bye Miss American Pie...(yet to be rated)

 

He's more of a celebrity than a President to his fans. It would be a smart move on his part.
