    I believe what could be considered as gifts of half of Hunters income to Joe only has to be reported by Hunter, who also has to pay the gift tax.

    Right wingers complaining of how little Biden and Harris donated to charity??? What a joke they support Dirty Donald who used money donated to HIS SUPPOSED CHARITY TO PAY HIS BILLS???? One of the bills was a fine for a too tall flagpole he had erected on his property.Biden gave $17,000 and Harris $20,000 to charity, I would be willing to bet Dirty Donald gave less in 2021, he only takes.

    It was split proceeds. Hunter merely "held it for the Big Guy". But, if Hunter declared and paid the Gift Tax even if incorrect it would certainly demonstrate a good faith effort at compliance.

    We know that Trump donated his entire salary to charity. What we don't know is if Joe "Ten Percent For The Big Guy" Biden declared his foreign bribes as income. It's rather meaningless to do the dog and pony show of releasing your tax returns if you are concealing international bribery income from the taxing authorities.

    Further, Hunter has declared that "Ten Percent For The Big Guy" Biden confiscated half of his bribery income as well, did he declare that?

    "The Big Guy" appears to have laundered his bribes by having Hunter pay the remodeling and contracting bills on "The Big Guy's" home. Were those laundered expenses declared as income?

    How much does the Clinton Foundation really donate to charity?
    It would seem expenses are clearly very expensive ;)

    Trump donated his salary - then turned around and spent $120 million of taxpayer money on golf trips - and a good portion of that money was
    put back into his own golf businesses ...

    So Trump and Biden are dicks on the charity front ... doesn't mean they have to be the only two choices in the world or that we have to idolize either one.
    We can do better.

    I have no problem saying Obama spent too much money while in office - why are you having problems doing the same for Trump who outspent the Obama's
    8 year stay in just 4 years.

    The very fact that he releases his tax returns shows that he has a great respect for the transparency of his office.

    We need an UPPER AGE LIMIT TO RUN FOR ANY OFFICE , we have a lower limit but are sadly lacking an upper one. NO ONE OVER AGE 70 can run for any office.
