It's primary election day around here. I'll be wandering off toward the polls later this afternoon, but for a lot of these local races its a challenge to get enough information on the candidates to make a meaningful choice. It's even true for some of the judicial races. It's clear that multiple candidates are qualified judges with high rankings from the Bar Association. But, short of being familiar with the nuances of their past rulings, I'm not sure how to pick one over the other. So how about you? Do you participate in primary elections? Do you vote for people in local races or just the Federal/State-wide offices? If so, how do you get enough information to make a decision?
