The DoJ mostly ignores the violence done to groups who provide real reproductive services while trumping up charges against those who simply oppose mass murder. However, I don't think this will really stop the DoJ who wasn't punished - they simply weren't able to destroy this man's life.
The FBI swat team and prosecution didnt have as its goal a successful prosecution and was instead a tactic of intimidation by the government.
The goons at the DOJ/FBI should face consequences of their being weaponize by the goons in the Biden administration. At this point, Houk should sue the DOJ.
