I live in the riding of Central - Nova that is a part of the Atlantic Gateway.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper did a fantastic job of sticking up for Canada's
ally Israel at the G-8 in 2011. He is a hero to a high percentage of Israelis.

If Canada's Conservative Party were to print up a Conservative Party Volunteerism Hour,
(similar to Tamworth Hours), or a Conservative Party Volunteerism Dollar, (similar to www.CalgaryDollars.ca/)
many companies in Israel would be extremely interested in accepting this currency
as full or at least partial payment for many of their products or services that they want
tested and fully debugged for the North American market.

Millions of Conservative Party Volunteerism Hours or Dollars could save Nova Scotia
school boards, hospitals and other government organizations millions of dollars of
expenses that at this time are being paid out to companies operating out of nations that
are not as reliable as allies to Canada as Israel has always been.

While there were only about 20 active community currencies in the United States in 2009, there has been a recent resurgence, with at least a dozen communities developing their own currencies in the past couple of years, estimates Loren Gatch, a professor of political science at the University of Central Oklahoma who researches these alternative currencies. In addition, currencies that have been around for years have seen a spike in interest, with membership doubling in some cases.

Now, even state governments are exploring the option. Lawmakers in more than 10 states, including Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, Idaho and Tennessee, have been circulating proposals to introduce alternative currencies -- many of which would be issued in the form of gold or silver coins.

The Constitution prohibits individual states from printing and issuing paper money as legal tender, but they are allowed to use coins as currency, said Gatch. Individual communities, however, are able to create their own currencies -- including paper notes. Anyone can do it -- as long as the money is easily distinguishable from U.S. dollars and values are tied to the U.S. dollar so that income remains taxable.

Fear factor: Francis Ayley, the founder of Life Dollars, a currency started in Bellingham, Wash., in 2004, said fear of a shortage of U.S. dollars and frustration with the growing wealth gap in the country are driving more people to his currency. Since a majority of the transactions occur online and funds are directly transferred between members, the supply of Life Dollars is unlimited, he said.

If........ Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will lead his Liberal Party to initiate something like this
even before I and some others can convince Canada's Conservative Party to do this then
I will owe him an apology................ . because when I saw that he had been given a majority
government I felt that the Liberal Party variation on this idea that I had written up back in 2012,
would probably be put on the shelf and ignored.

In the weeks and months after the 2015 election I was considering my options and felt that
the sensible course of action for me to promote this idea more effectively was to leave
the Liberal Party and join the Conservatives.

I am almost certain that it would have been October of 1990 when I began to
teach my step -son to play chess. Within four months he was Nova Scotia
Provincial Champion for Grade 5 students.

I think it was during the March Break back in 1991 when I went with him to
the Canadian Provincial Chess Championships that were held in Montreal
that year.

He did win against the Grade 5 Champion for Saskatchewan which is one of
the only other Canadian provinces with a population of only one million residents.

My point is that I am one of those people who realizes that the direct approach is
not always the most effective........... but sometimes a rather serpentine course of action
is called for?!

My goal........ is to attract over one thousand new members to Canada's Conservative Party
who would naturally tend to be more interested in Canada's NDP or Green Party.

A former M. P. from Central - Nova deserves to be given another two or three years to
consider becoming National Leader of Canada's Conservative Party and eventually..... P. M. of Canada......
..... because he will know that if Canada's Conservative Party cannot bring in young people...........
if we cannot get them interested in our party and movement......
then we are in big trouble.......
and we need a brilliant RED TORY to lead the party..............

..... but for the moment....... what Canada's Conservative Party needs is
to create a new office..........."Artistic Director of Canada's Conservative Party".......

An extremely serious error was made by a very popular Canadian
Prime Minister back in 1974 and it kind of amazed me that
P. M. Stephen Harper did not come right out and tell Canadians
exactly what the error was............... make a few guesses as to why

I am not the typical Conservative Party member.

I take the following message very, very, very seriously!

The Human generated emmisions of CO2 have warmed up the Earth's Ocean's and thus Air to a point that is CAUSING THE GEL FORM CH4 TO BUBBLE UP AND OUT INTO OUR ATMOSPHERE AS METHANE GAS!!!

This is how DIRE the problem is....the U.S. DOE's Office of Science's CDIAC is the ONLY DATA the U.S. Military considers to be trustworthy and viable thus this data is imputted into either Banked and Networked IBM Supercomputers or is imputted into the U.S. Military's new QUANTUM COMPUTERS for ONE SOLE PURPOSE!!!

That purpose is TO PLAN FOR THE EVENTUALITY OF WORLDWIDE WAR OVER RESOURCES!!!

What is going to happen and NOT MAYBE HAPPEN but WILL HAPPEN is this......when too much FRSH WATER is dumped into the NORTH ATLANTIC CURRENT or GULF STREAM which is a OCEAN WATER HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEM.....as Warm Gulf of Mexico Water in a very strong current flows around the tip of Florida and up North up the East Coast and then angles across the Atlantic Ocean to the British Isles...which is by the U.K. which is further North than Massachusetts has much milder winters......

.....well the WARM WATER is LIGHTER and travels upon the top of the bottom COLD WATER THERMOCLINE....which is the COLD WATER flowing from the Arctic Ocean around Greenland and above the U.K. as this colder heavier water flows underneither the warmer lighter water coming up from the Gulf of Mexico......

......well there will come a day....SOON.....when the Earth has warmed up just a single degree to much and this will cause so much Polar and Greenland FRESH WATER ICE MELT....as the ICE that covers Greenland and the North Polar Arctic Ocean is FRESH WATER.....and because it is FRESH WATER....IT IS LIGHTER THAN OCEAN SALT WATER........

.......because of this when too much LIGHTER FRESH WATER MELTS AND IS DUMPED INTO THE NORTH ATLANTIC....as it is cold water but NOT SALT WATER....IT WILL WEIGH ROUGHLY ABOUT THE SAME WEIGHT AS THE WARM SALT WATER THAT IS FLOWING UP FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO AROUND THE TIP OF FLORIDA AND UP NORTH AND ACROSS THE ATLANTIC.

When this happens the Cold but FRESH WATER melted from Global Warming will STALL THE WARM SALT WATER TRAVELING NORTH FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO.

Thus warm water will stop flowing NORTH and the COLD WATER will STOP FLOWING SOUTH....as the COLD WATER will reach a point of desalinization so that it weighs the same as the WARM SALT WATER TRYING TO TRAVEL NORTH.

This will STALL THE NORTH ATLANTIC CURRENT'S HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEM!!!

Our primary goal will be to inspire all the many churches to realize that they are wealthy...... in Messiah....... We want to purchase footage for every outreach that you get involved in...... especially outreaches to save the unborn.

For example, a church in a particular town might write to us, (once we exist) and say that they believe that they can convince two young women to keep their babies if they can hire them to work from home ...... as actresses playing the role of themselves, (reality film)...... for such and such an amount of money.

Our company will (G-d willing), hire your church to organize a reality film series, or perhaps even semi- reality science fiction film series supposedly set in a different time period..... and the goal will be to assist the young woman to become at least somewhat famous through the film series...... but the bottom line will be that the life of their unborn infants will be saved!

Slight correction Moi621....
it was actually Newfoundland - Labrador who lost so much money to Quebec
on the Churchill Falls Hydro Electric facility.

"Churchill Falls provides an example where natural resources did not lead
to economic empowerment. The government of Newfoundland and Labrador
wanted to develop a massive hydroelectric project on the Churchil River in Labrador in the
1960's. To make the development profitable, it needed to get the electricity from the site of Churchill Falls
to markets in the United States.

The provincial government tried to negotiate an agreement with the government of Quebec
to allow the electricity to cross Quebec to the market in the United States. Instead, of agreeing
to that however, the Quebec government wanted to buy the electricity from Churchill Falls itself.
It would then resell the electricity to U.S. customers.

By doing this, the government of Quebec would obtain the larger profits than the government of Newfoundland
and Labrador, even though Newfoundland and Labrador owned the resource.

The government of Newfoundland and Labrador asked the federal government to use its constitutional power to force Quebec
to cooperate, but the federal government chose not to anger Quebec by intervening in the dispute.

The people of Newfoundland and Labrador were furious. Since 1972, Hydro - Quebec (owned by the province
of Quebec) has earned an estimated $23.8 billion from the sale of Churchill Falls electricity to the United States,
but Newfoundland and Labrador has earned only 3 percent of that amount. The contract does not expire until 2041."

it has greatly improved in some other important ways as well.

I think that I have a vastly better life.... and more real freedom than my grandparents had!

Something like, "powers not granted to the Federal government are reserved for the States and Individual."

A PROVINCIAL political party might just be willing to display a greater level of

Canada's Conservative Party.

This set the stage for Prime Minister Stephen Harper to be able to stick up for the nation

tens of thousands of lives in Israel and in the P. A.

This topic is of special interest to me because I live about a hundred miles from the Bay of Fundy. I live five kms from the ocean on the eastern part of Nova Scotia. In my area the difference between low tide to high tide is about one meter! The land form of the Bay of Fundy has a funnelling effect on tidal waters and so parts of the Fundy have a difference of fifteen to seventeen meters between low to high tide!

The question on my mind would be if ocean levels were to rise about thirty centimeters in my part of Nova Scotia, would they rise by four or five meters along parts of the Fundy????

There are 143,000 acres of farmland taken back from the Fundy by dikes that are probably in the position of the proverbial canary in a coal mine in relation to rising ocean levels!

Every cubic meter of H2O added to the water table of nations in the Middle EAst will NOT be on top of New Orleans, Florida, Holland, Bangladesh or those 143,000 acres along the Fundy!!!!!

I felt a huge sense of relief when I first heard about The Sahara Forest Project!
