    BC had no stay-at-home order. In fact, people were urged to get out and get exercise.

    Yes, as long as everyday folks can select a decent private school for their children without having to pay money they don't have.

    How spread out is BC? Look at certain rural low population US states. Very low numbers. Not hard to figure out why.

    The parts of BC with reasonably low population density have very low infection rates.
