I don't think this particular gun will catch on. Being a heavy pump action that would take a good bit of time to reload. I think having an AR or AK rifle would be a far superior option---except in this one case:
It can hold up to 40 rounds - one wonders how often you'd to through its magazines w/o solving the issue at hand. But, the point is the anti-gun left will assuredly argue for a ban.
At 9.25 lbs. and about another 4 lbs. of ammo when full, imo this will be a niche gun. It's of no use for hunting, too long for home defense, and too heavy to hump any distance on foot. It would have been one hell of a coach gun, though.

Their dangerous in the wrong hands. You can kill a lot of innocent people a lot quicker then if you have a bolt action shotgun. With a bolt action shotgun you can still defend yourself and property without any issues whatsoever.
