Go and read up on the health of people in the past, it might open your eyes. Go and have a look in an old grave yard, one that has graves prior to say 1910. Look at the ages of the people buried there.

Conspiracy theories by a few nut jobs

The CDC is open source and includes ALL recorded adverse effects of vaccines - including if the person has been involved in a car crash

The British Society for Ecological Medicine and Natural News.com are radical homeopathic sites. Natural news site having it's pages filled with snake oil advertisements. Good sources.

Dr Lucija Tomljenovic, who also practices homeopathic medicine (see also - witch doctor) has written quite prolifically, I see. This is what real scientists say about her work, however:

    Tell us about it:roll:

I love some of those though "Himalayan Salt" is one of my favourites!!

Okaaaay - leaving aside the fact that Sodium Chloride is one of the more insidious poisons on this planet (think hypertension = heart attacks) and you are left with the claim that it has "80 minerals" and NOWHERE are those minerals listed. And it is no wonder because with only around (and anyone can correct me here) about 98 minerals on the periodic table that occur naturally then we can sort of assume that there will be some that are not so good for you among those 80 claiming to be in the salt. Apparently the pretty pink colour comes form Iron Oxide or rust.

Some of them are not so good for you?
You have had your recommended daily allowance of arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury, haven't you?

Sorry BB but your talking about elements. There are around 4000 minerals currently, with 30 odd added each year. Minerals are mostly compounds.

But yes, I would definitely want to know what the 80 minerals were, mercury is a mineral and I wouldn't like to have it in my salt.

I think in the USA, they're pushing flu vaccines down to 6+ months.

Is CSL the company that had a (*)(*)(*)(*)-poor vaccine record last season? I don't read "The Australian" by habit, but I recall a story about them. Despite the issues they had, they were given the national contract again. Justification: it was the only Australian produced vaccine.

    Oz search: http://search.news.com.au/search?us=ndmtheaustralian&as=TAUS&filter-site=TheAustralian&q=csl+vaccine

    I didn't know this - it's quite terrifying:
The FDA is basically a patsy for the industry. On this occasion, it's actually good to see that it's taking the reputation of vaccines seriously by trying to deal with bad PR. Note I've worded that carefully.

No, this proves that the independent monitoring of adverse events WORKS. That there is no dire dark conspiracy hiding evil reactions from public. The system is not perfect but it DOES work

Meanwhile - where were you in the swine flu epidemic - because I was at work flying out ventilated patients
