https://www.newsweek.com/russia-flood-tomsk-orenberg-putin-1890233 Looks like Orsk,Orenberg, Tomsk, Tolyatti, are all under 4-6 ft of water in numerous places.....other areas also reporting flooding. Which means 1-2 mln residents or more are under threat and are currently being evacced. Those same houses,businesses, factories, etc, that are under 5 ft of filthy,putrid water, are basically destroyed. Once all this recedes, and dries out somewhat, will be useless, and will need to be demolished. Residents cry for Putlers help....but there's no help....since $$800 mln daily is spent on Ukraine "war". Super yachts are cooler than dams though? Ask numerous oligarchs, they'll tell you?
