ISIS isn't crashed, mission not accomplished. I think Putin got out now because he wouldn't lose face, since he could just say he got the ceasefire he wanted. In reality, I think Putin is worried about the costs of staying in Syria, and maybe even worried about what Turkey and KSA might do. He perhaps sensed that heavy shiet might be about to start and he doesn't want russia entangled in something like that, because they can't afford it.
