Qualified immunity needs to end yesterday

    Wow you just stated that you're ok with federal agents executing those whom they are suspicious of . . . Wow, just wow. Good luck with that.

    Bottom line
    Police Departments need to write a code of ethics for the police to follow.
    Police Unions need to participate in the creation of the ethics code.
    This code should be public and publicized and enforced publicly.

    Police unions need to tell their members that it will withhold violations of ethics from their support with few defined exceptions.
    Police members need to say screw the bad cops. Most cops I've ever known were good people but I knew most of them during their training. For them a great day includes helping a little girl cross a street and getting a big kiss on the cheek for it. We know it's often a tough job but those instances of a kiss on the cheek would be a lot more frequent if the fear of "bad cop" is removed. Which brings up policing in poor neighborhoods. If all cops treated them the same as the rich suburbanites are treated they'd be treated by the poor people in the same manner as by the rich.

    That's subjective.

    Which is the entire problem with catch all resolutions.
