This country holds inquiries and commissions for just about everything. Correct?
Why hasn’t biden DEMANDED an inquiry or some/any kind of an explanation/inquiry/commission into how such a deadly virus that has killed hundreds of thousands of fellow American citizens (THAT HE TOOK A SWORN OATH TO PROTECT) and millions more around the world was released?
I want to know why the MOST POPULARLY ELECTED President in history has done nothing to hold China accountable for allowing the deadliest virus in history to escape one of its laboratories?
All biden has done is make DEMANDS on the citizens of this country.
    Think about it:
    We NEED to get vaccinated
    We NEED to wear masks
    We NEED to socially distance
We NEED to take all these precautions for something that is CHINAS fault??
We need to pay for Chinas ( I don’t know, help me out here) BLUNDER, MISTAKE, ACCIDENT?
To me it looks this country is divided beyond repair.
I’m talking about our country (US) only, I get it this is worldwide.
I just want an explanation, that’s all.

Because our government was involved in this particular blunder, and some pretty high ranking officials will have some explaining to do.

I'm willing to bet if people press this hard enough you'll start to see those real high numbers dwindled down as they say that they all didn't die of covid, and in fact it wasn't really that deadly of a disease.

China and the world health organization lied to the world about the transmissibility of this virus and then they banned domestic travel in their own country and let their citizens hop on airplanes and go around the globe to spread it and yet all Democrats can do is blame it on President Trump.

It shows you where their allegiances lie

i would definitely support a commission or committee to determine the response, but would the witnesses and perpetrators testify? or would they continue to hunker down in mar a lago whining?

We're way, way too busy talking about January 6 and lying about people getting killed there to do something that might piss off the donor class.

Why? Because it appears that China paid off the Xiden clan. We should probably seriously start looking into that.

    china can "let their citizens hop on airplanes and go around the globe to spread it" but the guy in the usa who can forbid them from ;
landing or quarantine the passengers must bear some responsibility.

“No, I don’t take responsibility at all,” Trump

I specifically remember a specific political party who raised hell when he banned their travel.

As a matter of fact they called him racist in xenophobic for doing so.... Can you guess what party it was?

    Did you?
This is quite an interesting research report because it established there are at least three more closely related viruses suggesting strongly this is a zoonotic infection

Of course you don't remember it. People who choose not to go down the memory hole do though.

Did you also forget top Democrat leaders in the early days of the pandemic telling people to go out to Chinatown and the movies and ride the subways and what not?

Hmm.. So you didn't actually read it. That things are "similar" doesn't mean they are progenic. And the real head scratcher is why the Swiss lab was able to recreate the virus in it s original form absent any of these ancillary sarsII variants.. You do realize that your study isn't indicating what you are asserting, right? It still demonstrates that there hasn't been a direct link to an existing avian or bat origination source. And that's pretty bad news given the evidence that shows the markers being manipulated.

As many of us have and continue to say/write. This was an illegal effort funded by Fauci et al to create enhanced viral transmissibility vehicles. That Fauci knowingly ignored the gain of function law in the US and have it carried out in a substandard shoddy bio engineering lab in China just suggests how eager Fauci is in creating a lasting legacy. I think, in this case, he's succeeded. He will always be remembered as the father of this pandemic. Mengele doesn't even compare to the evil of Fauci.

Blame shifting is a Republican 'solution' to everything, although it never actually solves anything, it just shifts attention away from their inability to deal with problems. Look at the previous admin and their total inability to deal with the issue, and instead resorted to shifting blame to Governors, mayors, blue States, Democrats, China, WHO, Europe, immigrants, etc, etc. All we ever heard from them was the blame-game, and not surprisingly the year ended in disaster.

So, we are done shifting blame on Governors and now blame the president. Ok. That figures.

Whose fault you think it is has nothing to do with the safety precautions you should take (although you don't have to take any precautions if you don't want to). If you infect yourself and those around you and blame China for it.

Isn't it weird that we have instant access to so much information and at the same time so many people disagree about the truth? People are poor judges of trustworthy information, and even worse at processing trustworthy information. And yet we all think we are the very best at it.

    Quite the puzzle.

I'm not at all sure which is more preposterous, the schemes people imagine in order to protect "the truth", or the schemes people actually employ to project it. Humankind has a long and storied history of terrible behavior in the services of some idealist outcome. We all know what sort of terrible things we are capable of because we all do terrible things. But it is also true that history never repeats itself. We simply find patterns where none exist and claim that it has repeated. There's always some difference, some nuance ignored, in order to maintain the so called true narrative.

This narrative: Scientists, backed by influential and powerful global leaders, created a super virus, and intentionally infected the world with it in order to enact measures that would grant them more influence and power sounds like a story cribbed from the script of the next Marvel movie. Can such a story exist in reality? Do all the pieces fit in reality as well as they do in your imagination? Seems preposterous to me, but also quite compelling. What a story!

I guess the only thing to do is write yourself in as the hero that uncovers the secret plot and works to destroy the enemy base with lots of explosions and heavy gunfire. After all, movies were everyone hugs it out in the end are garbage.

Before you can hold China accountable, you have to prove they are responsible. Naming it the "China Virus" from the get-go is not actually proof.

What's the point of an inquiry when you've already decided that China is responsible? Have you even considered the possibility that isn't the case, or at least that it isn't anything like that simple?

As it happens, there have been a number of inquiries and investigations by all sorts of people, including the US government, but they didn't reach the predetermined conclusion people like you want and so have been largely ignored or dismissed.

No, you want someone - anyone - to blame. That reaction is natural but that doesn't mean it's good.
