Racism - Student with 2 published books, 4.2 GPA and 1560 SAT score rejected by Harvard, MIT, Yale

That's what your ilk always say. The evidence is hidden. No one in those admissions departments are going to tell the outside world that this is happening.
But there is plenty of circumstantial evidence--more than enough--and tons of anecdotal evidence too.

Don't the statistics say that if grades and test scores were the only factors considered in admissions, 70% of the students at many of these universities would end up being Asian?

Oh, and let's not forget these schools were saying they wanted to do this (it was a big debate from 2000-2005), but only stopped being open about it after the courts ordered them to stop doing it.

Just admit you have your head intentionally stuck in the sand. You know it's very probably happening. Plenty of information for you to come to that conclusion.
But you don't gain anything you want by seeing it.

 

If we cannot agree on something so black and white that it is inappropriate and unconstitutional to deny/accept college students based on SKIN COLOR then we will never agree on ANYTHING, including the color of the sky. we are doomed (thanks to the race hustling party of hate, THE LEFT)

Probably many colleges and universities are registering new students that allows the schools to reap the most money. The wealthy alumni and I would also suspect the government may be rewarding them for registering minorities. Follow the money -- to hell with what's best for the USA.

These university clowns are a little slow on the uptake. Such preferences are illegal and unconstitutional.

'EPP has filed a Civil Rights Complaint with the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education.'

Do this EVERYTIME you see one of these racist programs. Promptly report it to the proper authorities. The "Diversity" Officer, especially loves to be informed of such racism occurring right under their well paid noses.

The leftist liberals have gone too far. The average Joe and Jane see how racial quotas are straight up discriminating and they are fighting back with the law. How refreshing. MLK would be on their side.
