Washington Free Beacon gets a 'right bias' and 'loaded language designed to appeal to emotion more than fact' critique on MBFC. So, one must scrutinize story for accuracy. It's not quite right, actually.

Columbia Residential is the one per cent owners/property managers, they are NOT the church, as I understand it. They filed dispossessory notices, not eviction notices, which are demand notices giving tenants an opportunity to state their case in court -- this is where they get to see if they can work things out, etc. Think of them as 'we got a problem here so let's see if we can do something together about it, because you're not returning our phone calls". Since the notices cause the management firm more money than the actual rents, which are dirt cheap by any reasonable standard, they have a right to collect those fees, as well. Let's be honest, how responsible are these so called 'poor folks' being, do we know the facts and circumstances surrounding these notices? Is it fair to jump to conclusions for politics sake? Are you being honest, here? Hmmm?

Moreover you forgot to mention that it states right on the notice that they may be protected by recent legislation passed by the state because of the pandemic, gave a website to go to and a phone number to call for assistance.

so, when we scrutinize this story, it doesn't appear to be the 'church predator/Warnock predator' story you are painting it as.

Slumlord Warnock gets a $7,000 mo housing allowance from this church, while they initiate eviction for less that a few hundred bucks from the folks they house in squalor with piled up trash and broken elevators. All this while Slumlord Warnock virtue signals and lies while holding himself up as a "champion" of the poor.

Walker is simply the better choice for GA!

I have known no pastor who knows everything that goes on with the church, especially the finances. All he knows is the final numbers and whether they are meeting the mission of the church.

I have. Provided the necessary information of what reasonable compensation. You countered with "average salary" which does not constitute reasonable compensation is. You think you know, but the reality is you have no clue whatsoever. To add insult to injury, every Tax Attorney and CPA will agree with me on what it is based on the code while none will agree with you.

Again, you are ignoring several factors. First, the church and more specifically, its members of that church approve of the salary and parsonage. Second, there is a plethora of factors that determine what reasonable compensation is. And finally, you ignored the tax code and the Tax Court of that defintion.

Foreign and domestic are not policies.

I repeat, what policies of his do you find incoherent?

I would hope a pastor who has a 4 k a year housing allowance wouldn't see kicking people out if their houde duringa pandemuc as an acceptable part of the church's mission. Hell he could have at least acted out raged instead of ducking and dodging.

You said his policies are incoherent.

    Okay, which policies, SPECIFICALLY?

.'Foreign policy and domestic policy are headers, categories, labels, subject titles, etc., they are not the actual policies themselves.

So what actual policies, specific Biden policies, in the categories of foreign or domestic do you think are incoherent? And explain what is incoherent about them.

You made the claim, and now the onus is on you to substantiate it.

    You haven't done that, yet.

Please tell this forum you are not that stupid. Please say it isn't so.

Are you calling a fellow poster, @garyd "stupid"?

You are demanding that fellow poster inform everyone that they are 'not stupid'?

Let's stick to the issues. Like greasy slick slumlord Warnock. Walker handled him much better than anyone predicted. RCP is predicting that GA's very own Herschel Walker crosses the goal line on this seat in overtime.

The other choice is the greasy slick slumlord preacher. Given the choice, I'll take Walker.

Campaign gold: Walker campaign fights back by ordering 1,000 fake badges as fundraising tools

Sheriffs through GA have presented Future Senator Walker, not fake badges like the lying fake news media claims, but honorary badges. If only more folks on the Left were confident that they could tell the truth and still win.

Slick Greasy Slumlord Preacher 'Warnock made the mistake of mocking Walker for being in possession of what he called “fake” police badges during a debate. Walker quickly whipped one out and proudly held it up to the audience. As it turns out, the so-called fake badges are honorary badges presented to Walker by sheriffs throughout the state.'

'In response to the political attack from Warnock, the Walker campaign ordered 1,000 imitation plastic law enforcement badges that say “I’m with Herschel”. The campaign has turned the badges into a fundraising tool.'

“If Sen. Warnock wants to highlight this, then bring it on. It just gives us a chance to talk about Herschel’s support of law enforcement and law enforcement’s support for him. It’s a great issue for us.”

Smear artist 'Warnock’s problems are those of someone who is corrupt. He has doubled his personal wealth since taking his seat in the Senate. He has a problem with not being truthful. And, he has a character problem when it comes to domestic violence against his ex-wife. Oh yeah, there was a messy child custody battle, too. Glass houses, Rev. Warnock.'

RCP is projecting that Walker will cross the goal line and become the next Senator of GA, but, not until overtime and the 12/6/22 run off.

Herschel, taking it in for GA!

You are so laughably unreal. Dude his over all foreign policy is incoherent because it various reward a owed enemies and hurt allies.
The same is true of his domestic policies. That is partly because Democrat policy is to raise fossil fuel costs to drive it out of the energy market but that cannot help but spike over all energy costs both short and long term and therefore the price of everything else. So with an election looming, Joe taps the reserve for another 180 million barrels to try to bring prices down before the election. And yes it is a purely political stunt.

Epic fail, you haven't stated the specific policies and why they are 'incoherent'. Even if the policy was wrong, that doesn't prove it's incoherent.

I'm trying to find out why you claim it was 'incoherent'. Pay close attention:

    1. either your language is sloppy or you do not know what you are talking about.

    2. You haven't stated which policies, specifically, are 'incoherent'.

    3. You haven't explained what is incoherent about the policy.

Note, I'm not addressing any claim of effectiveness, only the one you made were you stated they were 'incoherent'.

IF you want to argue good or bad, that is a separate claim, but let's do that after you provide substantiation for your 'incoherence' claim.

    So, it works like this:

    1. State the policy (link to it so I know you are not getting it wrong)

    2. State how the policy is incoherent.

Everytime a Democrat does something to benefit working folks, Republicans shout 'political stunt', so that claim is impotent.

Listen to you. Besides that being false, you complain that Walker has been 'smeared' and you turn around and smear Warnock.

    Some might call that hypocrisy.
Yeah, the Sheriffs stop giving them out to citizens precisely for the reason that Walker is giving the FALSE impression is is an officer, which is ILLEGAL.
Walker lied, so you know that, in politics, you blatantly lie, you are fair game..
That's fine, but impersonating a police officer is against the law.
Yeah, Walker, giving GA the shaft.

Walker is an incessant liar and a boob. Just because you can play football, doesn't mean you can be a Senator.

Asking if someone is stupid, when they said something stupid, is merely asking, not accusing.

And honorary badge doesn't give anyone the right to claim they are a police officer. Claiming that you are police officer gives people the impression you have the powers of a police officer when you don't, and that is against the law.

I've got your 'Hershel Walker" right here.

    https://www.georgiademocrat.org/her...alsely-claiming-he-worked-in-law-enforcement/

    • “I worked for law enforcement, y’all didn’t know that either?” he said. “I spent time at Quantico at the FBI training school. Y’all didn’t know I was an agent?”
    • It wasn’t the first time Walker said he was in law enforcement, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution found while reviewing dozens of speeches and motivational talks by Walker that were posted online.
    • ”I work with the Cobb County Police Department, and I’ve been in criminal justice all my life,” he said in 2017
    • In 2000, he told Irving, Texas, police that he was “a certified peace officer,” according to a police report.
    • And he has used his alleged law enforcement ties to justify why he has had a gun, including a 2001 incident when he pursued a man who was late delivering a car.
    • “I worked in law enforcement, so I had a gun. I put this gun in my holster and I said, ‘I’m gonna kill this dude,’ ” he said at a 2013 suicide prevention event for the U.S. Army.
    • The claims, which appear to have halted since he entered the U.S. Senate race, aren’t true.
    • The Cobb County Police Department said it had no record of involvement with Walker. The Cobb Sheriff’s Office could not say whether he was an honorary deputy.
    • Morgan said that many sheriffs in Georgia stopped handing out such honors amid fears that people would use the paperwork to impersonate police officers, a felony in Georgia.
    • In interviews and campaign appearances, the former Dallas Cowboy and Heisman Trophy winner takes credit for founding, co-founding and sometimes operating a program called Patriot Support. The program, he says, has taken him to military bases all over the world.
    • “People need to know I started a military program, a military program that treats (thousands) of soldiers a year,” [Walker] told Savannah TV station WTGS in February.
    • But corporate documents, court records and Senate disclosures reviewed by The Associated Press tell a more complicated story. Together they present a portrait of a celebrity spokesman who overstated his role in a for-profit program that is alleged to have preyed upon veterans and service members while defrauding the government.
    • The revelation marks the latest example of a far more complex reality that lies beneath the carefully curated autobiography Walker has pitched to voters.
    • Patriot Support is not a charity. It’s a for-profit program specifically marketed to veterans that is offered by Universal Health Services, one of the largest hospital chains in the U.S. Walker wasn’t the program’s founder, either. It was created 11 years before Universal Health Services says it hired Walker as a spokesman, which paid him a salary of $331,000 last year.
    • The Republican Senate hopeful and longtime friend of Donald Trump has, for whatever reason, chosen to dramatically inflate his business record, according to a Daily Beast investigation. In doing so, Walker has established a parallel record of demonstrably false claims, many of which appear to bear no resemblance to reality whatsoever.
    • While Walker’s business record has been picked over before — including in an Associated Press review of “exaggerated claims of financial success” — The Daily Beast has reviewed documents and other records that shine new light on previously unexamined, and particularly egregious, false claims.
    • Those claims include running the largest minority-owned food company in the United States; owning multiple chicken plants in another state; and starting and owning an upholstery business which was also, apparently, at one point in his telling, the country’s largest minority-owned apparel company.
    • The claims about the upholstery business appear particularly divorced from the truth, as that business, as Walker describes it, doesn’t appear to exist.
    • That fact didn’t deter Walker from boasting again and again that it was his company, repeatedly implying sole proprietorship—even saying as recently as a speech this February that he “started” the business.
    • In a 2020 interview, Walker claimed he ran “the largest minority-owned apparel company.” He added that “we do drapers and bedspreads” and “have 280 women in Greer, South Carolina.”
    • Two years before that, Walker told the Dum Ass Club point-blank that he had the “largest upholstery company in the United States,” a claim so absurd it barely merits fact-checking.
    • In October, he told a UFC-themed podcast, “I own a food company—that’s going to freak you out—I own the largest minority-owned food company in the United States.”
    • The Daily Beast’s review shows that this is nowhere near accurate.
    • By the Black Enterprise list, Walker’s company isn’t even the largest Black-owned food company in Georgia.
    • The Daily Beast asked the campaign for evidence to support the claim that the company ranks among the largest in that minority-owned category, but as of publication did not receive any.
    • The AP also reported that Walker’s claim contradicts what he told the government in forgivable pandemic loan applications.
    • Renaissance Man Food reported eight employees on those documents—nowhere near the 600 he told Fox Business in 2018—and received a total $180,000 in loans. Walker’s candidate financial disclosure shows he drew a $100,000 salary from the company.
    • For years, Herschel Walker has told the same inspiring story: that he graduated in the top 1% of his class at the University of Georgia. He’s told the story, according to a review of his speeches by CNN’s KFile, during motivational speeches over the years and as recently as 2017. The only problem: it’s not true.
    • But a CNN KFile review found that Walker himself has been repeating the claim for years. Walker’s comments in 2017, and others made over the years, show the former football star repeatedly misrepresented his academic credentials.
    • “And all of sudden I started going to the library, getting books, standing in front of a mirror reading to myself,” Walker said in a 2017 motivational speech. “So that Herschel that all the kids said was retarded become valedictorian of his class. Graduated University of Georgia in the top 1% of his class.”
    • That was not the only claim about Walker’s education that was adjusted on his website at the time. After a review of the revised site, CNN’s KFile found another little-noticed claim was removed that said Walker graduated valedictorian of his high school. The website now says that Walker graduated “top of his class.” The claim still remains on the Heisman Winners page for Walker.
    • A 15-year review of local press coverage did not find the school naming a valedictorian until 1994 — when the paper acknowledged the school was naming a valedictorian and salutatorian for the first time in “many years.”
    • Walker’s campaign did not provide evidence that Walker graduated as his high school’s valedictorian other than pointing to news articles from the early 1980s after he began his career at the University of Georgia making the claim.
    • The campaign also did not provide an explanation for why it removed the claim that Walker was valedictorian from his website. When repeatedly asked if the campaign stood by the since-removed claim from his website, the Walker’s campaign manager Scott Paradise sent the same statement three times in a row which did not address KFile’s questions.
    • The claim is brought up in interviews with Walker, on at least two separate occasions — with the host saying he returned to get his degree. In neither instance did Walker correct interviewers.

The language is fine the typing and proof reading sucks. Apparently the word incoherent means something different to you than it doesn't. To me a policy is incoherent when it's various components work at cross purposes.

    Incoherent:

Expressed in an incomprehensible or confusing way; unclear.

    Ok?

    So what specifically, wasn't clear?

Cross purposes is a valid point of criticism so please point to those items which you believe are at cross purpose with each other, thank you.

I'm asking you this because you made a claim and you did not substantiate it .

Without substantiation your claim is vacuous and I do not see the point in engaging with vacuous claims

Slick Reverend Slumlord Warnock paid himself $11K for "childcare" out of campaign funds?

'Senator Warnock’s campaign, Warnock for Georgia, diverted $61,959.40 from 2020 to 2022 to cover expenses related to “childcare.”'

'The majority of the payments went to specific providers and nannies; however, one payment – the largest single disbursement totaling $11,847.40 – went directly to Senator Warnock for “childcare reimbursement.”'

'California Representative Eric Swalwell (Banger of Fang) also used over $35,000 in campaign funds for childcare.'

Seems like there is a lot of Big Money in politics besides the paycheck from the taxpayer.

Betting Odds have this 60/40 Walker.

THE NEW ANTIRACISM LOOKS AN AWFUL LOT LIKE THE OLD RACISM: ‘Anti-racist’ professor calls Herschel Walker ‘subliterate,’ uses racial slur.

Argues most black Republicans are ‘MAGA Black White supremacists’

'Georgia Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker is “coonish” and “subliterate,” according to a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign professor who is also an “anti-racist” consultant.'

I wonder what a University pays an “anti-racist” consultant'? Especially a racist one that casually uses racist slurs like that.

Betting odds have Herschel Walker beating the slick reverend Slumlord, 60-40.
