Epps had a case 2 years ago, because FOX intentionally pushed a false narrative.... they certainly had no evidence he was working for somebody and several denials he wasn't (much like Dominion produced) Interesting that he waited this long, but I gather his team saw FOX on the ropes and decided to nibble on the corpse... I think it's funny that neither Epps or Carroll asked for a specific damage amount. It's always possible a jury will think your situation is worse than even you think it is..
