Of course it is. I mean he has ordered authorities not to arrest or deport illegals they find unless they commit a crime. I guess stealing another's identity is not considered a crime. An employer can fire him but the authorities can't deport them, even after he is fired. But Obama and the Left likes to think people are so stupid they can't figure that out.
