Report: Biden Lost Out on Jobs, Billions of Dollars in Revoking Pipeline

congressionally mandated report from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) this week, highlighting the economic benefits that the nation could have reaped via the Keystone XL Pipeline — a project whose federal permits were revoked by President Joe Biden early in his tenure.

Biden's actions on the permits effectively brought the expansive project to a halt. The report from late December estimates that a working pipeline would have been worth plenty: some $9.6 billion in economic benefits, along with nearly 60,000 jobs.

"The Biden administration finally owned up to what we have known all along — killing the Keystone XL Pipeline cost good-paying jobs, hurt Montana's economy and was the first step in the Biden administration's war on oil and gas production in the United States," said Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., in a Thursday statement. He lamented what he described as a a squandering of rich economic opportunity and a staggering loss for working families….


…"The president must turn to American-made energy and jobs rather than dictators and despots to fix the energy crisis he created on his first day in office," added Risch.

The release of this report was way overdue. One can see why they waited until after the election and until a Friday before a three day New Years holiday weekend. The tens of thousands of high paying blue collar union jobs lost were true as were the loss of economic activity that resulted from let’s go Brandon’s actions.

 

And now our idiot president is begging our enemies to sell us oil at a high cost that we could have produced for less locally or received from one of our best friends. The stupidity of that act knows no bounds.

Without a doubt. A burden lifted from the shoulders of President Carter. Sad that in our lifetime we have experienced the two worst Presidents not named Buchanan.

 

This is all very true and has been pretty much known since day one, but it is just a gnat-like annoyance to the ideological driven and brain farting Biden..

 

Other than dementia, has anyone wondered why Biden looks so clueless and uninformed when he speaks? I'll tell you why.

It's pretty much accepted, even among democrats, that the oval office is ran by committees. You have the open borders committee who tell Biden the border is secure and then like a moron he repeats it - just make sure the people who are escaping from communism don't come here because they don't vote for democrats, everyone else improves our economy and lowers our crime rate. You have the gender committee who convinced Biden boys can be girls. You have the pro China committee who convinced Biden genocide is a cultural norm. Of course there's the everything is racist committee and we've already seen the results of that.

There are more committees, but then there is the environmental committee who tells Biden that polluting on the other side of the planet won't raise the temperatures on this side and he believes it. Those trucks and trains that carry oil around the country and through our cities don't pollute as much as a pipe line that just sits there - how much do you want to bet Biden believes that? Plus the people on the committees have a financial interest in everything green and making foreign countries profitable (Jeez, Biden's own son did that for years with fossil fuels, and when he's no longer in the business then fossil fuels have to go)

So when you see Biden in front of a teleprompter struggling to tell us what's on it, you now know that was probably the first time Biden ever heard of or was informed about the subject at hand. All Biden does is sign the papers the committees put in front of them and none of them give a rat's ass about America or Americans.
