Report Finds Florida #1 for Educational Freedom

A Heritage Foundation report out this week finds Florida leading the nation in educational freedom — a significant rating given constant scrutiny from members of the establishment media and left-wing activists over the last year.

To the education, rational, and reasonable the news as reported here is no surprise at all. Florida is simply awesome when it comes to education. Between educational freedom and parents rights and curriculum reform Florida is great! It is no surprise that other fine red states are right up there.

However, yes, Florida school teachers definitely have the freedom to brainwash children that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. But, god forbid they mention anything related to LGBTQ, they'll be fired. Freedom for me, but not for thee, that's the Trump supporter mantra.

 

Not to mention what happens when you needlessly attack teachers by calling them pedophiles and groomers.

People vote with their feet.... and they have voted for Florida and against New York/California. This may surprise you but normal people do not like murderers and robbers being released on them. This is why the Democrats may lose the New York governorship to a Republican this year.

This study was done before Democrats forced children into masks and out of schools. The results of that insanity are just starting to hit. Catastrophic and unfixable harm has been done to our most vulnerable and Democrats are 100% responsible.

 

Some people like to be told how their lives should be lived. Floridians at least have a choice in the matter. And, the gay people in Florida still have it better than most states. I know as I live here.

 

Wrong. Florida school teachers are not allowed to promote political beliefs in the classroom regardless which side they believe in.

I guess you prefer living in a society where anyone can teach your children to follow their teachers personal beliefs instead of how you want your children to be raised.

I think he's trying to prevent the enforcment of left leaning progressive bullshit from envading his schools, keeping Florida in normalcy compared to the **** hole state of California whom can't define simple terms like "woman" because they are so woke!

I know many who are republicans down here. They walk around freely and there is no homophobia from what I have seen down here. Yet, those liberals in other states who ONLY watch liberal news may get a different impression being they are so blinded by the propaganda they tend to believe. Can't blame if that happens to yourself as it happens to those on the right as well.

 

That rank is based on Standardized test scores across the state.

"The Heritage Foundation" s claim defining "freedom" is as deluded as Bannon claiming that his latest indictment for money-laundering, fraud etc, are all just politically motivated.

 

The Heritage Foundation produces very high quality research. The are anathema exceptional organization

 

Since when did "educational freedom" contain laws that severely limit freedom of speech to Dumb Down DeSantisese /Christianese and penalize you for breaking them?
