Republicans desperately look for something to run on: Biden's gaffes

Biden has bee known for his gaffes since he was a young senator. That is nothing new. Something else that is not new is politicians making gaffes. Saying "Hello Tulsa!" when they're in Wichita, Kansas... .has long been a punch line.

This has NOTHING to do with mental acuity. It has to do with being tired

Speaker Johnson confused Iran with Israel last Sunday. Bush confused Iraq with Ukraine. McCain confused Mexico with Spain. Romney confused Sikh with Sheik.

Trump confused Hilary with Obama. Biden with Obama (at least 7 times), Nikki Haley with Pelosi, the woman he raped with his wife, Hungry with Turkey, 9-11 with 7-11, ... too many to list.

Oh... and JFK confused the capital of Germany with a jelly donut.

Republicans can no longer run on the economy, they can't run on immigration, they can't run on the candidate being a criminal.... They have to take what they can get. And a gaffe, from somebody who has making them since he was young, is all they could find.

 

Looool. Only people desperate right now are coping biden supporters.

 

Without defending Republicans (especially after the idiots failed even in the attempt to impeach that worst of all Biden's Cabinet Secretaries, scumbag Mayorkas), I think it's humorous that Joe's defenders have to thrash around finding examples of others to make senility and disjointed mindlessness in the President of the United States somehow less blood-chilling than it really is!

The President of the United States is a unique personage, with unique prerogatives, powers, and abilities. And Biden's deterioration and decay has gotten markedly even worse than before, especially in just the last month! Truly, it has just about become intolerable!

Nevertheless, Democrats are clever, they are disciplined, and they're capable! IMHO, they've already begun to initiate a 'take-down' of the Biden campaign, setting him up to refuse the nomination in August "for health reasons", or "family", or "the good of the country" or some other such tear-jerker invention.... So, in August, look for Geriatric Joe to step aside (to thunderous applause of course) -- and throw his support to an even worse, really horrible, 'woke' POS... like Gavin Newsom! You heard it here first!

The President of the United States is a human being. And ALL human beings make mental mistakes. Especially when they're tired.

In the case of Trump, most of them have also been because he's tired. But many are obviously because of his lack of education.

To believe that Trump doesn't know the difference between Hillary and Obama, or that Bush didn't know the difference between Ukraine and Iraq, or that Biden doesn't know the difference between Egypt and Mexico is just ... nonsense.

The point of this thread is that, given Trump's gaffes, normally Republicans wouldn't even bother to go there. But they are out of arguments. So they use what they can. Democrats wouldn't run on Trump confusing Hungry with Turkey. Sure.... they'll laugh at it. But it's not a campaign strategy. Because they have MANY issues to run on. Trump, on the other hand, has been left with NONE.

 

Ordinarily, I'd prefer that poor, old Geriatric Joe left the White House and headed for a nursing home tomorrow morning -- BUT -- then look at what would be in the White House the next day!

Biden refused to return them. He's in audio saying he knew he had them, didn't plan on returning them, then showed some of them to someone who wasn't authorized to see them.

And, Biden wasn't a president when he stole those documents. Some of them he stole when he was a senator.
