Republicans hold Ohio. Blue Wave fizzles.

Looks like the vaunted BLUE WAVE is nothing more than a ripple.

With 100% of precincts reporting, the special election in Ohio's 12th district is too close to call.

Troy Balderson (R) has 50.2 percent of the vote with 100% of precincts in, compared to 49.3 percent for Danny O'Connor (D). There are still 3,300 provisional ballots and some more absentee ballots outstanding.

All this talk about Blue Waves is just a suppression tactic. All smoke and mirrors, like the Hillary lock etc, it's what the left runs on.

What reason could there possibly be for there to be a Blue Wave? Open borders? Remove ICE? Get taxed more?

Simply nothing here that would rally people.

 

Actually it will be amazing if the Republicans hold the house and senate come fall, it will defy all historical trends where a change in Presidential party doesn't flip Congress. If Republicans can manage to hang on, it will truly validate just how amazing Trump's presidency is.

I found more telling was the total 100% defeat of every candidate that Bernie Freeshit Sanders and the wild eyed socialist Cortez held campaign rally's.

That makes me think there may be a few intelligent democrats loose in the marketplace.

Not true . Same thing happened with the LAST GOP POTUS' first midterm, in 2002....despite the PUNDITS' predictions.

Why would there be any blue Wave when "Hate Trump" is your platform lol. There will be a blue trickle from the Progressive fringe bubble and that's it.

Looks like the Democrat-Media narrative has been foiled again as a slew of Trump-backed candidates appear to have swept the bellwether races that the Left hoped would be harbingers of their more and more mythical November "blue wave." Balderson and the GOP are declaring victory in a close one in Ohio-12 while the Dems are refusing to concede (and it's just a special election to fill a vacated seat anyway), while Kris Kobach is hanging on by a red nether hair with 95% of precincts reporting in. I guess they lost the keys to Al Franken's Buick, right?

Two things worth noting; first, reportedly, vermin like Son-of-a-Postage-Stamp Kasich did all he could to sabotage Troy Balderson and the GOP-e was involved in attempting to smear Kris Kobach. Both of these gentlemen are Trump approved and support his policies.

The "Blue Wave" consists of blocs of mainly hyperliberal Millennials on both coasts, the BLM and ANTIFA crowd, the forever-on-welfare mob, and not much else. November won't be a landslide for we Conservatives on the Right, but it won't be socialist cesspool tidal wave, either.

It may be dawning on many people (particularly as they take advantage of the improving job market) that the slackers who refuse to work, and the "free-stuff-for-us" radical Democrats are nothing but a bunch of worthless PARASITES.

The house will be close. I think the Dems may get a majority, but razor thin. By 2-4 seats.
