Legal requirements for presidential candidates have remained the same since the year Washington accepted the presidency. As directed by the Constitution, a presidential candidate must be a natural-born citizen of the United States, a resident for 14 years, and 35 years of age or older. I would add to this a mandatory college degree. A college degree shows that someone is able to handle complex issues and has a certain amount of intelligence. He / she has also proved to be able to understand problems in-depth and at the same time from a global perspective. All of this seems to me to be very important today, especially for the President of the most powerful nation in the world: the USA. What do you think? Should the uneducated be excluded from becoming president?
