It is an interesting idea, but if I were a white Zimbabwean who had been forced off my land at gunpoint, there is no way I'd return , even if it were to a white reserve. There is no guarantee that what has happened once, would not happen again. There would be lingering resentment from dispossessed black people and it would be a miserable environment.
Would you choose to live in Los Angeles if you'd come off an African farm? I'd go out to the country rather than live in a megalopolis.
