I kinda like him. But let's not forget that no matter how middle of the road he's sounding these days, he's still a Dem deep down. He is on tape saying that people who aren't all in on climate change should be jailed. That was in 2014, so maybe he's changed a bit.

Contrary to what right wing media and a lot of voters think, the DNC will choose who runs on the Democrat ticket. Not Biden and not their voters. The DNC. God knows if this wasn't true, Bernie would have been a candidate in 2020. Because no one can make me believe that tired, foolish old Biden actually beat Bernie in Dem primary. The DNC decides. The Democratic party is not "democratic." Biden will run until they decide he won't.

Cool story but they actually do hold primaries much like the Republican ones.

Sure they do. But the primaries are just for show. Do you honestly think that Joe Biden, who didn't campaign and said silly things, got more primary votes than Bernie Sanders?

Yes, I'm afraid so. Bernie, it too far out there for independents.

Independents can't vote in primaries right?

Not in the States which have closed primaries (10 States), but they can vote States with open primaries. Florida has closed primaries, hence I have never voted in primaries.
