Right to life vs Right to organ donation

In this video, Matt Dillahunty asks a caller if a 2 year old has a right to an organ donation from it's mother as an illustration of how a person has no right to have it's life sustained at another's expense.

In order to argue that a women may NOT terminate a pregnancy you must also argue that any person has a right to an organ donation from anyone that is able to provide such an organ.
