You keep circling back to Supernatural nonsense I can't help it if you don't try to understand. You read the word god and You Go "duh Supernatural." You keep circling back to that it's your own feedback loop the only way you can get out of it is quit being pigheaded.
Interpreting . . . my own posts. Did I mention the hits just keep on coming? Nothing I have said in this thread has anything to do with whether or not God actually exists. Throw in all of the "interpretations" you want to try to rewrite my posts, but those are the facts. But hey, if you are "too pigheaded to even ask" for clarification when you get confused . . .
Try. Reading. The. Actual. Posts. Complete sentences. Just try for once. Or keep refusing and adding additional irony to the whole "pigheaded" thing. At least there is some entertainment value in that.
it what? What the f*** are you talking about? oh was I mistaken did you not say that one requires a supernatural blah blah blah blah?
My posts. Which you refuse to actually read when responding to. If rights come from God, they are supernatural rights, not natural rights. By matter of definition. None of that has anything to do with whether or not God actually exists or whether or not he dispenses rights. What part of that isn't sinking in? If someone believes right are God-given, they believe rights are supernatural, rather than natural, whether or not God actually exists. Please read that last sentence over a few times before responding.
Still not reading complete sentences, I see. Farewell, then. I'll still be here if ever decide to do so.
I'm still trying to get you to actually read my post before responding. So far you haven't argued so much as deliberately misrepresented my words and refused to consider full sentences, just getting triggered and throwing a fit when you see a word you don't like.
The god concept does not require any Supernatural anything. Now if you want to carry on about definitions and how they only mean what the dictionary prescribes them to mean I think you misunderstand what the dictionary is.
Pathetic, isn't it? No need, trust me. It won't do anybody any good, given the source. It's certainly beyond my capacity for accepting glaring imbecilities as truth. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Why do so many of my fellow conservatives want to believe in a celestial dictator (Hitchens' words) ? If God gives us rights, he can take them away.
