This could be a good one. If this goes to trial Thomas would need to prove he’s a woman and feelings aren’t proof. He would be asked why he didn’t cut his junk off and how much money he made as a woman’s champion compared to how much he money made being a nobody in men’s swimming. He would be asked why he thinks he went from being ranked as 400 something as a man to a national champion in women’s swimming.

Damages Sought Against Women Hating Trans

Riley Gaines slams Harvard for emotionally blackmailing athletes

    Leftist Attack On Women

'Without voices like Riley’s, women’s sports will disappear. It is the trans activists’ war on women.'

'On Tuesday, Riley tweeted out a letter sent to members of Harvard University’s swim team. The letter insists that members of the Harvard team be supportive of those who are transitioning. It mentions an transgender athlete who was a Harvard student.'

'Let us focus on our team. And if any press reaches out, then please direct them to our Sports Media Office and ideally, refrain from comment.’'

    Riley Translates:

'Immerse your thoughts and feelings into something else to ignore the obvious injustice you face. Let other people decide if you are worthy of fair competition without your input or voice. Oh, and finally don’t talk.’'

These Woman Hating Leftists To Them To Shut Up and Submit

'“I saw the tears from the ninth and 17th place finishers who missed out on being named an All-American by one place. I can attest to the extreme discomfort in the locker room from these 18–22-year-old girls when you turn around and there’s male eyes watching in that same room.'

“And I can attest to the whispers and the grumbles of anger and frustration from these girls who just like myself worked their entire lives to get to this meet. I can attest to the fact that around the country these female athletes who opposed the inclusion of Lia Thomas in the women’s division were threatened, intimidated and emotionally blackmailed into silence and submission.”

"Sen. Durbin ... you had mentioned this 'rhetoric.' You had mentioned 'what message does it send to trans individuals?' My combat to that is: what message does this send to women, to young girls ... their rights to privacy and safety thrown out of the window?" @Riley_Gaines_

The fault is all on the NCAA for allowing trans "women" to compete against biological women. Gaines should sue the NCAA.

It's not Lia Thomas's fault that the NCAA allowed her to compete.

Riley won't win this lawsuit, she's suing the wrong person.

agree, the rules were the rules, we may not like it, but sure can't sue over it

the courts already settled this when they allowed a girl to join the boys football teams, was classified as gender discrimination

STANDING UP AGAINST DISCRIMINATION: Watchdog prof files Title IX complaint against UOregon over its exclusive ’emergency support fund’ for trans students.

'I find the idea hilarious that a sex-change procedure — elective surgery if there ever was such — is an “emergency.” On the other hand, whenever' some 'leftists want anything it’s an “emergency,” because' some of them 'are basically spoiled children.'

Mark Perry, a Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan, has decided to take action against the University of Oregon for its 'gender-affirming' support fund.

    He wins all of these.

'To provide emergency funding exclusively to just one group of students based on their sexual orientation or gender identity is unlawful, objectionable and offensive,' Perry said.

He wins them all, because he is right.

“I allege that the LGBTQIA+ Student Emergency Fund for LGBTQIA+ students at the University of Oregon is an illegal violation of Title IX because it discriminates against non-LGBTQIA+ students on the basis of their sexual orientation and gender identity,” Perry explained.

“The message I am trying to send to colleges and universities is that federal civil rights laws protect all students including students in what are today’s preferred and favored groups on campus that include women, blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans, BIPOCs, and LGBTQIAs as well as students in unpreferred and unfavored groups on campus including students who are male, white, Asian, heterosexuals and cisgender,” he added. “To provide emergency funding exclusively to just one group of students based on their sexual orientation or gender identity is unlawful, objectionable and offensive.”

Riley's suit does not enjoy the same firm, but, hopefully she can get it to a jury, the most democratic of all of our institutions.

Sorry it was his decision to compete against women. He is a coward and a fraud. She should include the NCAA in the suit and probably will.

    That's not how things work.

I'm sure if you are only suing for publicity though, then suing Lia would be the best move.

Riley is loving the clout she's getting from the anti-trans folks. She will make a good living as an anti-trans activist.

the trans community took away her chance to make a living as a professional athlete so it makes sense she should make money off of them. Win or lose it doesn't matter, this will drag their reputation through the dirt even more and further cement how stupid it is to have men in womens sports

    IMO she has already WON

The trans community doesn't set the rules for the NCAA.

She has already won, because she how has a career as a right wing martyr.
