Nobody made that guy stay there, getting druk with a far right wing violent gang and posing while flashing white power signs. Nobody made that guy openly fantasize to go execute left wingers with his rifle over nothing. The judge banned the use of this as evidence in the criminal case. I wouldn't know why, because it shows motive and character.
