And no, Biden did not give $200 million to Hamas, or I wonder why you haven't supplied any verification of your charge.
I was going to support the Israeli side of the conflict because it means targeting the terror group Hamas. And, before you accuse me of supporting violence, just remember that Hamas is a terror group, and the people of Gaza are just human shields to absorb the Israeli attack. But then I read somewhere that this conflict is a political stunt to try and win an election in Isreal, against the opposition party, because war is good for winning an election, or so the saying goes. Oh, and I can't find the news article I read this in so I can't name names or link to it. Sorry.
As things literally heat up, the situation there really has the potential to spin way out of control. Hopefully someone can jerk a knot into Israel to get them to stop firing on civilian targets
I have no doubt politics is a major factor. See my topic post... I mentioned this war [false flag??] is happening amid a political conflict among the Israeli ruling elite. Also see my previous post about Hamas. .
Why should Israel stop firing on civilian targets, while Hamas is proudly, indiscriminately firing rockets into Israel?
I wish Hamas had anti-aircraft missiles to get the Zionist terror bombers out of the sky. https://twitter.com/faraiiih/status/1392338304432058374
Because Israel is a nation state and Hamas is a terrorist organization, but nice to know you rationalize the murder of innocent children by an allegedly civilized nation.
Except that Hamas, despite its own propaganda, indirectly admits that Israel isn't targeting civilians. https://elderofziyon.blogspot.com/2021/05/hamas-tacitly-admits-that-israel-is.html The original Arabic: https://www.palinfo.com/news/2021/5/10/القسام-تتوعد-الاحتلال-برد-فوق-التوقعات-اذا-قصف-منشات-مدنية
So you must be in favour of allowing those Palestinians to return to where they originally came from in 1948?
Sure, as soon as the descendants of the 800.000 Jewish refugees from Arab and other Muslim countries will be allowed to return to - and get back the properties their families lost in - where they originally came from.
Try again. The debate is about the Palestinian occupants in Sheikh Jarrah who have nothing to do with people living in other countries.
Are you including the refugees driven out by the Lavon affair? The Lavon Affair, a failed Israeli covert operation directed against Egypt in 1954, triggered a chain of events that have had profound consequences for power relationships in the Middle East; the affair’s effects still reverberate today. Those events included a public trial and conviction of eight Egyptian Jews who carried out the covert operation, two of whom were subsequently executed; a retaliatory military incursion by Israel into Gaza that killed 39 Egyptians; a subsequent Egyptian–Soviet arms deal that angered American and British leaders, who then withdrew previously pledged support for the building of the Aswan Dam; the announced nationalization of the Suez Canal by Nasser in retaliation for the withdrawn support; and the subsequent failed invasion of Egypt by Israel, France, and Britain in an attempt to topple Nasser. In the wake of that failed invasion, France expanded and accelerated its ongoing nuclear cooperation with Israel, which eventually enabled the Jewish state to build nuclear weapons. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/0096340213493259
The Palestinians should give in and allow their Jewish masters to do what they want. How dare they resist?
I live in America. If some terrorist organization in Mexico was shooting rockets into America we would do whatever we needed to, to stop it including bomb the whole Country off the face of the earth if we needed to. Israel should and will probably eventually do the same.
I live in England. If someone from another country, the same country that my ancestors had to flee from, comes to force me out of my house because their ancestors allegedly lived here 70 years ago, I would fight back. But hey, you are typical of the brave "poor me" brigade who support Israel stealing more and more land.
Nobody has an issue when Israeli court decides to evict a Jewish settlement. When this is the other way around it's suddenly a human rights violation. People try to present Israeli high court as an extremist right wing entity taking over Palestinian lands at the snap of the fingers when in actuality it's packed with socialists who interfere with elected executive branch over ideological issues on a daily basis. If after decades long struggle they were forced to rule against Palestinians it can only mean the other side had damn good arguments in their favor. Another thing I would like to mention is that Iron Dome is not that good. Hamas militants have more than enough at their disposal to overwhelm it. Whatever we saw in the last days was not a war but a political theatrics.
After police crackdown on Jewish Mafia bosses in Israel Arabs took their place in drug trafficking, racketeering, gambling and so on. A real war would be bad for business.
Huh? Because they are different people! Why should Palestinians be blamed for something that happened in another country?
It's not a matter of blame. It's a matter of customary and international laws and general human behavior. Only descendants of Palestinian refugees are defined as refugees themselves, in violation of international law. Why?
Completely irrelevant to Palestinians being evicted out of their homes but not allowed to have the same rules applied regarding the houses that their ancestors owned in Israel
You are wrong. If you are an Arab with some century old document proving there is a Jewish house built on your property then whoever lives in this house will be evicted, and the house will be destroyed.
Who says this 200 million is spend on weapons? Israel is directly investing their millions from the US in weapons to brutally oppress Palestinians in Palestina. There is no doubt about this.
