Ron Paul calls FEMA "a great contributor to deficit financing".

    What is the purpose of FEMA anyways? During Hurricane Ike, they were so slow to respond and wasted so much money. Only Ron Paul hits things on the head like this. No other candidate is wise or gutsy enough to make statements like this.

    I agree. Scrap FEMA.

    Then wait for the next big one when the state can't handle the damage and relief efforts. Makes perfect sense. Why not save ten or twenty million if only a few hundred citizens might die?
