    Do I want a president that won't betray the constitution in order to assassinate someone in our country who might be a threat despite the supposed notion that one is to be considered innocent until proven guilty? Why yes, yes I do. Why is it that if it were a typical caucasiun male American, he would have been tried in court but since he is a potential terrorist, our constitution no longer applies?

    Yup. You trying to argue that American citizens should be summarily killed by our government without due process? By my way of thinking, if you are willing to chuck the Constitution aside whenever it becomes inconvenient, you forfeit all claims to using it in your arguments.
