Are there laws that prohibit you from transferring assents when your being sued like Giuliani was?
Giuliani ignored subpoenas to turn over his financials to Freeman/Moss lawyers, assets/debts.
That is why judge Howell found him guilty and she moved on to the determination $$ trial.
