Rule #10 Removal Statement

This is an explanation of why Rule #10 was removed.

The staff here are not debate judges or arbiters of the truth. At some point members need to settle debate questions and answers amongst themselves with specifically asking for links to provide relative information. It is then up to the members and reading audience to draw their own conclusions as to the validity of that information or lack thereof. It then becomes an agree to disagree moment and move on. At times, no amount of links or information will change some minds.
