    This launch actively advertise in all Russian information sources!
    What is the need?
    What's wrong with that?
    What does this mean?
    Maybe this is another message, intimidate their enemies of the regime?
    Maybe Putin just wants everyone again intimidate Russian missiles?

    Personally I don't think it means much. It is just picked up by the media because of the Ukraine-story and they are looking for a story.

    I would bet its not the first intercontinental ballistic missile Russia or the US launched for whatever reason in the last 5 years. But now it gets media coverage...
