It's easy to see I've taxed your intellectual capacity. I'll let you rest and hope for the best tomorrow, Alif. :)

I do not know. Actually Miller, which is supposed to be a German type beer is quite bad.

Sure you have. I view my laughing at insanity as making mockery of those who see a boogie man under every rug, in every cupboard and in every laundry room.

Ones? Plural too? I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Some things are just a waste of time to read....the authors ill-prepared to discuss the issues at hand. It's best just to close the lid and flush!

American slang. It means a buried dead body provides fertilizer to grow flowers on on the grave.

Well, I doubt steaks are American food because it’s a very simple concept - just throw the meat on the grill, flip it a few times and it’s done. But, at least you reasonably responded without claims that McDonalds is American cuisine.
For a steak, the taste depends on how you cook it. If you want a piece of cow muscle well done it’s going to be pretty chewy. If you want some good taste in it then you got to go for medium rare - salty blood is a seasoning of its own, and the meat will be juicy. When I grill steaks, I use the simplest approach - salt and pepper on both sides and cook them medium rare. That way they taste awesome. If you try to marinate a steak it will give you a crappy hint of sausage.
The best steak I ever tried was prepared in a restaurant - it was aged steak, I asked for it to be rare. The best piece of meat I ate in my life.
If you buy something that was pre-processed beforehand in a store then it’s always going to taste dull. That’s why you didn’t like what you tried.

In general, American cuisine borrows something from locals or from ethnic group that resides in the area - each state has something of its own that you just got to try.
Same thing with beer - in Europe you mostly hear of Miller Lite of Budweiser. Those are crap beers, I honestly don’t understand why people drink that piss. But, if you were to visit an American liquor store you’d see long shelves with American beers you are not familiar with - those are more of local brands, and there are thousands of verities, each state has their own brands and beers. Every time I travel within the US I ask for local beers on draft, and I always ask my waiter what is their favorite and why. I end up always trying amazing beers that many people are not even aware of.
My favorite - Lagunitas brand. Especially IPAs. Their beers are very hoppy, something that many Germans would really appreciate.

Beer from Russia and most Slavic countries had too much taste of 'yeast' but the only good beer in America is using European recipé.
The problem is chemicals. It is NOT FOOD. American beef and poultry are fed genetically manipulated vegetables and then the meat is processed by chemical preparations. Just look at how many Americans are dying of cancer! Americans are not eating food. They are eating chemicals.

Well, to be honest, Russian cuisine can be more refined than people give it credit for, but don't under-rate Canadian cuisine, my friend. Sure, we are still a young nation, but we do have traditions like the sugar shacks, a yearly rendez-vous for most Quebecois. We are, after all, of French descent.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugar_shack

Additionally, those who live in the Atlantic provinces have a rich seafood tradition, a tradition that can also be found in New England. After decades of "popular foods" like our renown beers, stews and our breakfast stuff, we are getting fancy of late notably with ducks from the Lac Brome region, for patés and roasts. Our cheese is also getting good, and we even manage to produce some fine wiskey (of the "rye" denomination) and gins. And what about our famed poutine? Wines are still a matter in progress, as we hardly have the climate for hearty reds, but our ciders, mead, ice wines and white ones are getting some wordly attention of late.

... and more 'decent' than the French I might add. The French have no scruples and will cheat you with a straight face. I will never do any business with them ever again. In Québec you can expect to be treated with honesty.

Link? If you don't have one, I do below. Note that the US is #6. Are you claiming those other countries have GMO foods and chemicals? Also note that the differences are minor out of every 100,000 people.

Because traveling a lot, I believe myself an expert in a cousine area. But I have to admit that I never visited Canada. I passed through the north part of the USA (like Niagara Falls), so I think that I've some understanding of the Canada's cousine. Though, I agree it's very approximately.

You have to understand, the Russian culture is synthetic one (including the cousine). It includes French, German, China, Caucasus and other elements. It's our tradition and we proud one. Every woman and most of man cook well. For example I cook a goose better than any restaurant in our city. Unfortunately it's a typical situation. If you will visit a restaurant in Moscow or Saint Petersburg, you'll be probably disappointed. You have to visit a Russian family to try a real Russian cousine.

Because of it, I can say surely, cousine I tried on the North of the USA is just awful. I believe that Canada is another state of the USA. So your economics are tied a lot. In other words you cook from the same products. I can't believe that there is a very popular dish on the Canadian side that cannot pass through border to the USA.

It's reasonable. Actually, Quebecois has French roots. But I think you know that there are Italian and China districts in New York. The food in that districts is a real... You understood me :)

Unfortunately I never tried it. Maybe. It's very difficult to spoil the seafood :)

I can't believe. I know the American beer. If you would make a real beer Americans never drink their... that they call "a beer". :)

It's really interesting. I never think that it's possible to do wine in Canada. And I checked just now your climate on the South and... yes... It's possible. Especially I was surprised by your ice wine. The tech seems very interesting. Maybe, maybe...

But... But... I am not sure that cuisine is a Canadian strength. Your strength is your beautiful nature. If a Siberian admitted it then it's really cool, believe me :)
