So they were hard working until that visa expired then just turned into a parasite? Lol
    That makes sense to you?

Cool, but you ignored my question. they were hard working people until their visa expired? Then they suddenly got lazy?

Well, to your point, then -- they may have done all kinds of Herculean feats as valid visa holders -- but -- 'then they suddenly got too lazy' to do anything about renewals or extensions for their visas...? Do they come equipped with 'on/off' switches...?

So, what happens? Do you postulate that they just suddenly 'run out of gas', or ambition, or maybe something else? OR -- maybe they figured out they could just mill around as illegals in the U. S., and wait for the America-hating, woke Democrat Party, plus the 'migrant advocacy groups' to give them what they want for free -- permanently...?! :w00t:

I don’t know why you assume they aren’t working if their visa expired. You’ll have to tell me why you think that.

Meh... you're probably right. We don't act like WE take our laws and requirements seriously -- so, why should foreign workers?

Besides, if they stop honoring our laws, they get paid 'under the table '. They keep more money because they aren't paying taxes... a 'bird nest on the ground', as they say down South....

And, hey, if they get caught, they can just use the Democrats' 'revolving door' system of so-called "extradition", and everybody's as happy as pigs in sh!t.

Millions work and pay taxes despite being illegal. A hard worker here on a visa doesn’t become lazy just because the visa expired and they didn’t wanna go for whatever reason.

Another good point you make: those who are or become illegal "don't wanna" follow our rules or obey our laws -- and, sure enough, "we the people" sit blindly on our increasingly dumb, 'woke' asses and just let it all happen. :alcoholic:

We are slowly submerging into a pile of sh!t that we have allowed to fester and grow right in front of our faces... and nobody -- Democrat or Republican -- ever really STOPS it!

Since I don't have access to an SRS PS370 charging setup, maybe it is best to just throw used masks in the trash and get a new one, since they're plentiful and cheap now that people have stopped wearing them.

When their visa expired, they can't work on the books anymore. It would be a direct trail to them by authorities. Which means either they are working under forged/stolen paperwork if on the books, or not on the books at all.

Yes, they become a parasite at that point.

You have no clue as to what happens when someone who is illegal and then steals an identity to work. Or an employer chooses to pay them off the books.

Try doing some research about the effects on people and where that money goes. Hint - Millions per year is sent out of the country by both legal and illegal immigrants. So attempting 'but the local economy benefits...' is a miniscule portion.

Shutdowns and lockdowns don’t work. They destroy business and economies. CA and NY are prime examples. Obliterated economies compared to FL but death rates are comparable or worse. We kept it together down here without having to lockdown completely. Temporary lockdowns helped control hospital overflow and that was it. NY and CA royally screwed up and everyone knows it. Dems just won’t admit it or keep denying reality.

Even with a surge in cases down here, we’ll still persevere. It’s less deadly and those most at risk have had ample time to protect themselves. At this point everyone knows the deal.

Lol they don’t send all their money. Plenty is going into the local economy. And millions pay federal taxes.
And many have their own small business

If they only take from the economy, don't spend the money in the economy, pay no or little in taxes, yes they are.

    Support your statement.

Federal as in SS and MCare? Not if they are off the books. And you are obviously ignoring those who have stolen someone's identity to work on the books, well, so sad, too bad for that poor slob, eh?

What they 'spend locally' is minimal. What businesses don't require registration with city and state, and EIN from the IRS, along with the payment of SUI that actually lists people by name and social security number? You are trying to portray people committing illegal activities as 'productive members of society'. It doesn't work.

Question: if a foreign worker is, or becomes, illegal -- then how exactly does he/she "pay federal taxes"...?

I simply don't understand how someone -- anyone -- who gets paid "off the books", or "under the table" pays a fair, attributable share of taxes on the money they are paid, but I'll bet you can tell us.... :confusion:

So, if an illegal alien uses a United States tax ID to get paid in this country, it doesn't set off alarms with the government?

If you're right (and you may be), then that helps explain part of why we've become so utterly fugged-up in this country....

Yea we're currently in a period of decent supply. I still cant get 3M 1860's from a trusted vendor, which is what I really want, but I can still easily get my hands on CDC/NOISH registered N95s. I think the days of trying to be creative in reuse are over (for now) but I am stocking up regardless seeing as how the prices have come down so much.

I have been using the BNX KN95 Face Mask Made in USA, made in Houston, Tx., for several months, and they're pretty good. You can get a 20-pack on Amazon for $25, and if you have Prime, the shipping is free. I'm not a shill for any of these people, but since we're not talking about the soft, crappy little 'blue' masks that are all over the place, I recommend the BNX to you, although I am not a fan of any mask. I should probably order 20 more of the things, now that I think of it, because I sense that we're a long way from being rid of this virus and all its weird, as-yet-unknown 'children'....

I just placed my order for another 20 of these masks... there's been a price drop of a few dollars since the last time I placed an order. Good luck!
