Most racist (IE..Donovan McNabb), biggest hypocrite (his Oxy problem while preaching druggies should be locked up), and definitely the most irritating sound to ever come out of a radio, BUT....completely representative of today's right wing voter.

We have found the edge. It is most inhospitable.

As you can see, as the sun may only heat so much, the edge is inevitably ice, which allows for the ocean and sea water to be kept from cascading over the edge.

I don't always agree with most of what he spits out as he says he's conservative, but he's more aligned to be a GOP man than one of independent thought. I will say that he at least owns up to his past mistakes (drug abuse).

So all the pics we see of Earth from space are fake? is Mars flat too? When we look at it threw a telescope and watch it rotate... is that somekinda illusion?

He only uses drugs some of the time. His moral decay has been fairly slow. His mental decay hasn't been that bad. Once in a blue moon he makes a good point. He does get many people interested in the politics of the day. There are greater political whores than Rush Limbaugh in America.

Many are manipulated through computer generated imaging and convex or "fisheye" lenses have been used to produce what one would consider curvature. Some also suspect the medium of space as an effective image ditortion.

In the above picture, some would cite visible curvature. However it is most certain that from a very high altitude from the earths suface, the edge of a disk would most certainly appear to be curved. This efectively renders other visual enhancements to only be needed for the very far away photos of the earth.
I believe we have been over this already.....

    ANALOGY IN FAVOUR OF ROTUNDITY.

To those who are not strictly logical, a favourite "argument," in support of the earth's globular form, is "that as all the heavenly bodies are worlds, and visibly round, may, not the earth be so necessarily, seeing that it is one of the same category?"

This is only seemingly plausible. In reality it is a piece of self-deception. It must be proved that the stars are worlds; and to do this, or to make it even possible that they are so, it must be proved that they are millions of miles distant from the earth, and from each other, and are hundreds or thousands of miles in diameter. By plane trigonometry, in special connection with carefully measured base lines, it has been demonstrated--placed beyond all power of doubt--that the sun, moon, stars, comets, and meteors of every kind, are all within a distance of a few thousand miles from the sea-level of the earth; that therefore they are very small objects, therefore not worlds, and therefore, from analogy, offer no logical reason or pretext for concluding that this world is globular.

First of all, nobody actually believes the earth is a sphere, it is more appropriately labeled an ellipsoid or geoid as there is an alleged slight bulge at the equator. The link you have provided is just one more globularist attempt to prove a fallacy. Such as the ships haul disappearing before its mast.

He's not "OFF" the drugs, he's just not self medicating any more. The doctors have him on a rotation regiment that will not make him addicted to a particular pain killer, or cause any more serious side effects like his deaf problem.

He's still on drugs he just has a government approved pusher these days and doesn't have to do his shopping in alleys and such.

Chronic back pain just doesn't stop because you get off the pain killers. Unless he was lying all along about his back pain? Which wouldn't be so far from believable since he took up golf after he became addicted to pain killers for a supposed back problem. If he is off the pain killers that means he never had a back problem and was just a celebrity junky just like the one's he criticized and said they should be under a jail someplace rather than walk the streets a free citizen.

It's hard to say with celebrities like Rush who’s entire career depends on a dedicated base of worshipers and haters. Funny thing is if the haters would just stop listening his so-called fan base would drop so low he wouldn‘t be allowed on so many stations.

He is the self proclaimed water boy of the GOP. Don't think he is tossing in a little bit of their agenda while mocking the liberal one??

I may not agree with the man, but he is not afraid to stand up and give his opinion on a matter. I'll give him credit for that.

He had shown great intelligence in knowing how to manipulate and fool gullible people into a very lucrative career.

Imagine if someone had told you that a man who has been married FOUR times, could go on the radio and lament the "liberals who want to destroy traditional marriage"....and hold a substantial audience and keep them, and thus make money from advertisers paying to be on his program?

Such a conjob dwarfs anything done by Frank Abagnale or Joseph "Yellow Kid" Weil.

In tricking millions of people into voting against their own interests, Rush Limbaugh is the biggest perpetrator of election fraud in American history. Making $58,000,000.00 a year for doing it, he has proven wrong the maxim "Crime doesn't pay."

I think it is wonderful that he is not on my favorite stations.

There. That was pretty (*)(*)(*)(*)ing nice. I did not mention his weight, his numerous marriages, the Dominican prostitute allegations, or his drug addiction.

I am grateful for his powerful and undeniable influence on American politics. Although, to be honest, he's my least favorite of all the talk radio guys, and I sometimes think he does more harm than good to my party. But I think he's a good guy overall, and he's much more reasonable than a lot of people want to give him credit for. Although to be fair, a lot of that is his own fault for the way he presents himself. A cursory listen to his persona does not portray him as being all that reasonable. You have to listen for awhile to realize he's not as boorish as he sounds at first.
