It's funny. Natural causes? Do you honestly believe that the judge put the pillow over his head by himself? Maybe he committed suicide.

"We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," said Poindexter.

"He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap," he said.
Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile, He then contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.

"Ultimately they became available and handled it t superbly. They flew in by helicopter. They told me to secure the ranch, which I did until this morning," he said.

Scalia was just the latest newsworthy guest to visit the celebrity hideaway that covers 30,000 acres near the Chinati Mountains. Mick Jagger, Julia Roberts and Tommy Lee Jones have also partaken of its scenic vistas and luxury accommodations.

 

Sure ... Scalia was murdered at a luxury ranch in Texas. THAT'S likely....

Never mind that the law enforcement people on the scene said there was no sign of foul play. Perhaps they know better than someone like yourself, trying to gin up a controversy over a single comment from a witness who also saw nothing wrong with the scene?

I heard a different version of this yesterday. I was thinking they said he was found on the floor and the US marshals who travel with Justices were immediately notified though they were not on the ranch at the time.

The poor guy had a myocardial infarction (a great phrase for heart attack). His family doesn't want an autopsy, the authorities (the sane ones at least) don't see the need for one. The death certificate for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will list myocardial infarction — a heart attack — as the official cause of death, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told WFAA on Sunday.

Scalia was pronounced dead shortly before 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. His death was confirmed by news outlets about three hours later. There was no sign of foul play.

Also, it was reported last Wednesday he went and seen his doctor for some pain he was having in his shoulder.

 

I just now got word from the lady who cleans my condo that she heard from her neighbor of two doors down who heard it from the blonde at the local Dunkin Donuts who was dating the son of our substitute mailman who was in the Marines with the cousin of the guy who owns the barber shop were I go who knew a guy whose cousin worked to the forest service and his brother was a TSA agent whose father works for Trump and is on the secret team that went to Hawaii to investigate Obama's birth that when the FBI went over the guest list since this ranch has been in business and you wouldn't believe what they found !!! OMFG !!!! It just blew my mind !!!

There right in the guest list are people with names such as Harvey, Ruby, Lee, Karen Gates Banger, Jack, Knoll , Grassley, Book, and hold onto your hat !!!! There right there just last week there is a Mrs. Fatima Oswald.

On the other hand, if the victim had been poisoned with a substance that stops the heart, maybe his heart stopped in midstream as he was putting the pillow over head to back of head.
