As far as I know, they'd have no reason to off Scalia, and if they did they'd certainly have sense enough to move the pillow.

Since neck pain is not uncommon as an early indicator of a heart attack, maybe he just pulled his pillow out from under himself to relieve the pain. However, the reports I have heard before this indicate he was found on the floor. I specifically remember thinking when I heard them--makes me wonder if his protection detail had been in the building if they would have heard him hit the deck and got him help.
