    No.

I am trying to define the contours of the debate with hoosier. If it is not possible for him to even imagine a set of facts which would convince him that Trump committed impeachable conduct here, then debate serves zero purpose.

I will ask the same of you. Is there ANY amount of evidence, and if you would be so kind as to try and describe it, that would lead you to conclude that Trump engaged in impeachable conduct in regards to Ukraine?

Democrats have the phone transcript, trump's public statements, and trump's private statements.

But if you want more evidence straight from that orange *******'s mouth, then join Democrats and support the Schumer proposal for Mulvaney, Bolton, Duffy and Blunt to receive subpoenas.

No, he was the guy who knew 100% a meeting for investigations QPQ was going on.... since he was one of the primary actors...

He later assumed that the Military aid was "officially" tacked on after the original QPQ started

And Trump cannot or will not refute that...

I'd go with an educated guess over a refusal to attempt to counteract that ever time....

Dead on right! Democrats were all behind the kangaroo court when they were calling the shots now they want a say in how the Senate runs it. McConnell should send a tweet back to Schumar with kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkmao
I want Clinton, Obama, Pelosi and her son, Biden and his son, Holder, Comey, Page, maybe even Chelsea for the hell of it. Schiff should be drilled for 12 hours, lets look in to how Pelosi and Waters, Jackson Lee all became multi millionaires while supposedly working for the taxpayers. I'm all for "getting to the bottom" of abuse of power.
democrats put the can opener on the can, squeezed the lever heard that little hiss, and now they have no interest in really opening that can all the way.

But you don't have a crime....
And if the democrat wanted to enforced their subpoenas, they would have taken them to court which is the place for adressing this.

Nope, they didn't..... 3 of them refused to show, and they decided not to bother adding Bolton, since he indicated he wouldn't show under the current circumstances...

They shelved the subpoena's or they would have taken them to court to let the court decide if Congress could breech the separation of powers.

They decided not to pursue the subpoena's in court.... That's not the same thing as shelving them....

Those subpoenas are still valid. Trump's claim of "absolute immunity" is not.

The House Judiciary report explains how there is proof that Trump committed at least two crimes.

Limited authority. They're co-equal not superior.

No. You prolly didn.t hear this on Fox News, but Sondland said that Trump did bribe them. Thats just a fact

theres no "presumption" here. There were more than one persons who testified that said that the sole purpose that Rudy was in the Ukraine was for the purpose of pushing the Ukraine to investigate the Bidens. But im sure you will be able to explain why Rudy, the presidents personal lawyer, was in the Ukraine working with Lev and Igor (who are under investigation) ;)

And yet Trump has claimed superiority when he claimed that he, and his current, and former, employees are all "absolutely immune" from Congressional investigation.

Not using those 2 specific words, which seems to be a sword you guys seem to enjoy falling on...

"We're fighting all the subpoenas" might go down as the catchphrase of this administration, even over "I would like you to do us a favor, though"

Need to start a poll on that...

    Fingers crossed. ;-)

But not demand breech of separation of powers unless the court decides.

Well, certainly didn't hear it during his testimony. Guess you must be listening only to the demedia.

I've enjoyed sparring with you over the past 2 years, but you cannot be that much out of the loop, so I've decided you are just tweaking him...
