Walker is, of course, the "stealth Jeb" Candidate the RNC has inserted into the race.

A hero to the Right (due to his attempts at union-busting and beating a recall election in WI)....Walker (as of 3 months ago) did his "road to Damascus" conversion and suddenly came out as a "hawk" on immigration.

Naturally, flip-flopping from nearly 9 years of supporting immigration reform, as an early supporter of McCain-Kennedy in 2006.

And just as naturally, if somehow the RNC and Big Money Boys can't buy the Nomination for Jeb cheaply enough or without too much fuss from the Far Right...

they'll have Walker standing by in the bullpen to take over.

Walker then wins the Nomination...and to the utter surprise and shock of the Nativists....magically "un-converts" and embraces immigration reform with a pathway to citizenship....i.e. Jeb's current position.

Thus I hope Walker DOES win the Nomination, as there will be no shock (just outrage) on the Right if Jeb wins it....

but a Walker sell-out? Will be a wonderful thing to see. :)

I might be a little naïve about Walker. He seems to genuinely changed his position on immigration. Why? because he is arguing for less legal immigrants and said he supported an Arizona style immigrant bill. If he didn't genuinely change his position I doubt he would take such hardline immigrant positions. Maybe I am stupid on him but I am giving him the benefit of the doubt.

The GOP's 2013 "Autopsy Report" of the 2012 Election showed that taking a hardline on immigration....killed them with the Latino vote. Especially Romney's "self-deportation" line.

Thus the push in early 2013 to have Marco Rubio, the "Golden Child of the New Conservative Generation" push for IR along with Schumer and the Gang of 8.....but that exploded in the GOP's face when their Nativist Base revolted.

Jeb is running as openly and honestly supporting IR....hoping he can just buy the Nomination over the objections of the Nativists in the Base and say "Look...I stayed consistant" to the Latino voters.

If that fails...and a serious 2013-style revolt knocks him down...Walker is "Plan B".

Running as a hardliner, he'll keep the Nativists loyal. Then, once he has the Nom locked up....look for him to quickly "nuance" his position....faster than Romney did.

That "Autopsy Report" is still in the back of the minds of the RNC Big Boys. And they know that once they have a Nominee chosen?

Hillary Hatred will drive the "sold-out" Nativists to the polls....even for Jeb or a duplicitious Scott Walker.

Ann Coulter said that if Romney won just like 3 percent more of the white vote he would have won the election. It was also reported months back that he would have won the election if the election were held on that day given Obama's unpopularity.

    I admire his honesty.

If he did that it will look really bad and he will earn himself the undying hatred of the base. He will have no credibility and I doubt he will be reelected for a second term should he win the presidency. I think lots of people will stay home if Walker changed his position. I know I will.

What do you mean Romney changed his position? You just pointed out that his self deportation belief cost him the general election. I voted for Romney in 2012 because he didn't have to take such a hardcore stance and he did anyways.

Well not for me. I'd rather have Hildebeast in office than another sell out. I also prefer the democrats being in power over a RINO because we can attack them easier when they screw up and its clearer to Joe Blow voter.

Come on, Gorn, you can't accuse some one of Flip Flopping when the left tried to elect John Kerry- our current Secretary of State. The most infamous flip flopper of this generation.

    .....and this helps Hillary?

Deja Vu for illegal immigrants for sure..........But, does she mean it any more than Obama did?

There's the real Hillary, when she wasn't running for any political office in 2003. Latino's, trust her at your own risk.

Meanwhile, you'll be pulling the lever for Hillary, regardless of how many positions she's flipped on. Does she even have one left over position from 2008 that she's consistent on? Talk about doing a road to Damascus...she's had the scales fall from her eyes on virtually every single issue! But you'll vote for her all the same. Your masters have commanded it.

Hillary consistently stands for money, power and the idea that the presidency is owed to her.
    Everything else is just details.

Scott Walker wouldn't rule out another war in Iraq

    http://www.dailykos.com/story/2015/06/08/1391496/-Scott-Walker-wouldn-t-rule-out-another-war-in-Iraq

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, currently the biggest bozo in the 2016 Republican clown car, is totally down with a do-over of the worst foreign policy disaster in U.S. history:
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says he wouldn’t rule out a full-blown re-invasion of Iraq if he were to become the next commander-in-chief. [...]
"It would not be limited to anything out there," Walker told ABC's Jonathan Karl in an exclusive interview with for “This Week.”

But not to worry, because Scott wouldn't do it until he thought it was necessary to protect America. You know, like last time.

No word on how he plans to finance his war, who he is going to get to fight it, or if he is planning on doing his own fighting.

So if the GOP Nominee comes out for immigration reform with some form of "legal status"....

you'll state here at PF that you want Hillary to win???

    - - - Updated - - -

Is comparing Scott Walker to John Kerry supposed to be a "defense" of Walker???

    :)

    - - - Updated - - -

I am sure you are convinced that most of America hates Hillary Clinton "or soon will."

    - - - Updated - - -

Boy, I'm sure glad Republicans have a decades-long reputation for fighting against money and power.

    :)

    - - - Updated - - -

Walker will "evolve" on immigration once he locks up the Nomination (if he does).

    That better?

I was making fun of the left for their bull(*)(*)(*)(*), call it what it is flip flopping and if Walker suddenly supports illegal immigration again he'll be a flip flopper.

Here she is pandering to illegals..................

Here is the real Hillary in 2003 when she wasn't running for any public office. What are you going to believe? We all know what happens when a democrat gets elected? Obama promised to address Immigration his first year in office.....how'd that work out for ya?

That's why the RNC's "Plan A"...is Jeb...and his "I'm going to stay consistant on my support for immigration reform".

If Jeb wins the Nom?....he can't be attacked for either being like "self-deportation" Romney or a flip-flopper.

Walker is just "Plan B"...in case, the RNC and Big Donors find it impossible to buy the Nomination for Jebby.

Oh they are going to solve the immigration problem by making a bunch of illegals legal. They are also going to solve the unemployment problem by bring in more legal immigrants to do jobs Americans won't do like computer programing for Disney.

Whatever floats your boat. But I suggest saving your partisan games for those, like yourself, who like to play them. Obama sucks, Boehner & McConnell suck, most of the republican candidates suck all of the democrat candidates suck and both parties are working to destroy the liberties we enjoy. But keep playing that red vs blue game it really is what's best for America.

It's just that I remember a LOT of "pure conservatives" who said "I'll refuse to vote if it's that damn RINO Romney"....in 2011....

who by Spring-Summer 2012, were full-throated, enthusiastic Romney boosters.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...but as The Gipper said..."Trust but verify" :)

I'm a libertarian, not a conservative or a republican. I don't need your benefit of doubt because I don't care what you think of me. Your just some yahoo on an internet forum that helps me pass the time on slow work days. Trust but verify that

LOL! People like Scott Walker because he makes liberal heads explode. Whoever gets elected can follow Obama's lead and just ignore the constitution while using the federal government to push their agenda.

I've voted in 5 presidential elections 3 for third party candidates and twice I voted for republicans because I was voting against Obama. In 2008 I thought Obama was the worst thing for America so I voted McCain. In 2012 I thought Romney had a chance and would not be as terrible as Obama so I held my nose and voted for Romney. Obama is the worst president in my life time and I couldn't vote third party because as bad as republicans are Obama is worse. But I'm back to third party republicans have proven they have no desire to actually do what's right for Americans.

I have voted for dems on the local level but they weren't the crazy neo-Marxist types like Obama. In my area, democrats actually lost every election on the local level in 2014. I was quite surprised because a few of them actually did a good job. I guess (*)(*)(*)(*) rolls down hill
