The Green Party in Australia hold the balance of power in the Senate - and polling shows that their representation is likely to increase in future. That thank God for them.

I doubt that you would be able to prove to us that you are capable of sitting on a lavatory the correct way. You should leave economic policy for people who actually have a clue.

dude! you had me freaking out until i got to "NSW"...with the turn over on some of my mother's rentals, she'd be paying out more in inspection fees than she collected in rent. :omfg:

$800? really? a private, pre-sale home inspection over here will set you back $400. i know there's some play from the exchange rate, but that's just a rip off. you're not just getting screwed on having to have it done, you're getting bent over on the rate too.

    "imbecile politician" ?

    Oh dear.

The spelling mistakes, the punctuation, the ignorance, the lack of understanding about taxes.

And you have the nerve to use the term "imbecile politician". LOL

au contraire: just someone who hates (a) ignorance and (b) a lack of basic writing skills.

Keep out of the forums for a while, and go back to school/TAFE. You'll be doing everyone a favour, really.

Totally infuriating, let me guess, when the greens and the lazy handymen get together, they can very well legislate more jobs and more markets for themselves. I hope this will never happen in the USA or the EU.
